And that's why the legal presumption of innocence exists. I'm not saying the dude did it, but just because it wasn't proven in court that he did it doesn't prove his innocence. FAPE. Free and Appropriate Public Education. Those parents might have to set up an IEP meeting, or the school can refer the student to a public institution that would be able to cater to the individual student's needs. Whether or not the ADD is warranted and severe enough is up to the educational institution's discretion I believe. Source: Was an education major for two years and have an autistic brother who is bussed almost an hour every day to a school that can seriously help him.

I'm a somewhat good looking guy, 6'2", a bit on the heavy side (not terribly), and still don't get looks. It's probably not your hight as much as it is the inability to start a good conversation with strangers. Or, at least that's my issue.

Most of those guys had only one appearance, and there's a reason for that. That being said, among the top fighters in the world is a really wide term, considering there's thousands upon thousands of fighters out there, and a ton of them are shitty.

Your analogy kind of supported my point. Everything is based on accepted assumptions. If people aren't taught to be skeptical, than nobody would ever learn. If people weren't out there to prove things don't exist, we would all live an incredibly dull existence. People need to be obtuse. Otherwise we get narrowminded assholes that don't stray from their way, and stick to the "I'm right, you're wrong" mindset.

I always tell people this and get downvoted. I use the quote "Science can prove nothing right, but works to prove things wrong." Then I tell people that we cannot prove that gravity exists. We can observe evidence of it existing, But we cannot prove it. I lead an exciting life.

I still don't understand how it can even be put in the traditional sense of the word. Being conservative means to stay with what has always happened, which is essentially men being in partnerships with women. Men going their own way is more progressive.
