1	Drunk Driver Gets Max Sentance I don't think you understand how murder works, /u/Glu3stick Murder is a legal term-of-art that requires specific conditions to be met and requires that you be charged and convicted of it. She is guilty of vehicular homicide and/or DUI that resulted in fatality (different states phrase and charge it differently). She is, by definition, not a murderer.
