Unless you want to work out the logistics and costs of requiring every car owner to take their car into the shop every month to get their breathalyzer calibrated, it's not going to happen. 1	Drunk Driver Gets Max Sentance I don't think you understand how murder works, /u/Glu3stick Murder is a legal term-of-art that requires specific conditions to be met and requires that you be charged and convicted of it. She is guilty of vehicular homicide and/or DUI that resulted in fatality (different states phrase and charge it differently). She is, by definition, not a murderer.
