Your comment history is concerning. Dating should be easy and the only thing you need to concern yourself with is compatibility. Not how you can emotionally support a man. That’s not your job.

Buy a scale. Download MyFitnessPal. Buy simple ready meals that have healthy macros (higher protein), yoghurt with protein. Some fruit. Eat all three meals of the day with a protein. Don’t go over 1400 calories. Walk 10k steps minimum a day. Break it up, don’t have to walk it all at once

What is the warning? Maybe the simple question on your very first date of ‘What are you looking for at this moment in time?’ could have prevented you doing all of this. There was no ‘bait n switch’ there was just a bunch of confusion

In all honesty, this is one of the reasons I am so happy about being a Muslim woman. Even as someone who has zero body count, I take comfort in knowing that the religion tells women that she doesn’t owe the man her past, no matter how it looked like. I hope you will find a man who won’t judge you for your past but will value your present.

Sweetie, you met your boyfriend when you were 18 and he was 26. BOYFRIEND. He’s cheating on you now. He does not have the husband status, so why are you on here asking silly questions about ‘how can I fix this, so he’s less less likely to step out?’. He’s stepped out. In fact he’s probably stepping into a whole other relationship. You are what, 20 years old now, according to your previous post and have a cheating boyfriend, you are calling partner and need advice. Build up your confidence. No on…

So, if I’d lose my job, I have savings to support myself and my necessities. Why did you have to work numerous work to keep you afloat? I think this is less about motivation but an overall personal problem this man is facing. Also, you cannot change someone. He doesn’t see it as lack of motivation. Ever thought you are with a man that maybe isn’t as ambitious? Which is fine. But that just means that he isn’t the guy for you

He isn’t going about it very kindly if he’s telling you that you ‘wouldn’t find another man who can provide’ for you. What does he know about your prospects. And before you Fantasy and run ten steps ahead: Has he mentioned to marry you? Why aren’t you married yet? This long courtship could show that he isn’t in it for marriage. Also, have you seen Bankstatements of this supposed money? 2 wives means providing for 2 different households. 4 means for 4! Be careful. Don’t get tricked and sold a dre…

My colleague proudly admitted that her partner used to say for years that he will NOT propose or marry her. They had a baby during the pandemic and he proposed 2 years after. They are together for 8 years. They’ve been engaged for 2 years. Some people don’t care if their SO tells them numerous times that they rather die than get married to them

These passport bros haven’t discovered something new. For centuries, especially in immigrant households, the woman ‘back home’ was painted as subservient, meek and quiet. The perfect woman to marry if you’re a man in the west. What they don’t tell you is that the majority of those marriages are built on abuse. Financial abuse. Sexual abuse. Also the idea that a marriage to those women actually do not count. I’ve seen a couple of YouTube videos on African American men going to Thailand and slande…

This is the best that’s out there for you? 8 months and a maybe? Sometimes it’s ok to say ‘no thank you’ and go separate ways.

I had a friend in my early twenties who’d tell me all about her boyfriend who behaved awfully. I’ve watched a dear friend of mine have the lowest self confidence be mistreated over and over again. So when one time he broke up with her for a week and she turned into someone I never recognised, I tried to distract her and focus on herself. This is a girl I knew since we were 16. She turned suicidal, irrational and that one week she was a liability. When she confessed to me that they got back toget…

I’ll confess that I have done some research on this specific person. Her points are all outdated and less about lifestyle changes or adopting a more conservative approach to life, but more of a ‘modern women have hundreds of body counts by the time she is 30’. In her videos she refers to overweight women as ‘whales’ and her way of name calling women is mostly for the shock factor. She wears dresses that look like they are straight from Margaret Thatchers wardrobe and strives of men admiring her …

If you honestly believe that this man didn’t switch up on you, then I would include male help. Speak to his dad, his uncle, brother, friends. Anyone. But this did happen to a girl I know too. She ended up working and he was gaming for 2 years. They had a baby and once she involved family he decided he’d get up and have a part time job.

He wants you to break up with him. He doesn’t want to do it. I think he much rather have a platonic/quasi relationship with her than you. She doesn’t want him as her boyfriend or let alone husband. That’s why he’s with you.

The way this has been described is sad and frankly a confusing relationship dynamic. I have never said stfu to anyone and in all honesty if someone would say that to me mid argument I’d see that as a clear sign to leave.

That’s because he’s telling you a white lie. See everything as face value. Words in scenarios like this are useless. Is he making necessary steps to accommodate more children into his life and yours? Are your finances in order? Have you spoken about marriage plans? All of those things come before having a baby. None of the things you are mentioning are in fact important. But of course, you can become a young mum and just have a child with him now without the extra thought to it. Young mothers do…

Why are your friends with her? She was friends before she met you. That’s it. It’s easier changing your own behaviour than the one of another. Move on, delete numbers, clear your head sweetie. Friends are like your favourite shoes. Sometimes they come and sometimes they go 🗑

Your reply shed some light here. I apologise if I was forward and harsh. You have years of friendship with this man. Don’t worry. Be your confident and sweet self that he’s getting a taste from. Everything else in the future does not matter x

So we are blindly believing a man who admitted to having lied about his sexual past? Why did he break the no sex before marriage rule for you? He wants to experience an open relationship with you and bring another women in, since you’ve told him you used to? Now he tells you about his dreams so he doesn’t feel guilty? Okay. At the end you say this: Being with you is far more important and that he’s made his choice. Trust him on this and let the matter go! You are worrying about nothing that’s ha…

Be interested in their hobbies without shaming them for it. They like to play a certain video game? Search up online what other games people liked. They are talking about a new movie? Take them. Teenagers love things to do and buy which they otherwise they couldn’t afford. But then again, they are teenagers so don’t beat yourself up if they don’t want to spend hours on end with you :)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
