Oh I've heard Sam Harris express how he thinks the thinks the Bell Curve could be valid before. However I also heard him say on the Dave Rubin show that it does more harm than good to point out IQ differences between races. The fact that he's willing to have this podcast with Murray shows that he's matured on the issue. He's got a large following and it will certainly help push the overton window. Except how am I over reacting? We're constantly told from the left that we need to have the economic policies of Scandinavian countries like Sweden yet we'll never have the demographics of Sweden. I want to add that there's more to individual worth than just intelligence based on academics. However those with lower IQ's do worse in academics and tend to go on to do lower skilled jobs on average. Meaning there's disproportionately more of those with lower IQ's that use welfare.
