hi man, the best advice I can think of is to have somebody with you (a friend who is into pua for example) to tell you where you might be doing things wrong. Sometimes, and it apparently it is your case, you cannot objectively step back and find your mistakes, and we, sedditors, will never have enough information to help you as would someone in real life. Big part of seduction is about inner frame, you apply it to your own thought process, therefore you change the way you interact with all people. The second part is about eye contact, kino, smiles, verbal and body language... all the good stuff. You know what to do here.

I feel you, I have had the same problem! wow, your logic is bulletproof: an elite powerlifter, who has probably trained all his life, a guy whose genetics have probably granted him lots of that ability, a man who is on far right on the curve bell of strenght , is working out twice a day and so should you? i work out 15 minutes every week, super high intensity, and I have very low body fat, am muscular and my strenght is improving. meanwhile i have time to live my life while you are stuck in the gym half a day
