This is true. Play-fights almost always end up with her sitting/laying on top of you. And if they don't, make them end that way, you're probably stronger than her, lol.

I do not advise this. You only need 50-90 mg/day. A little more can be helpful if worried about illness. 1000-2000mg/day is the upper tolerable limit, and can lead to nausea, cramps, diarrhea, and kidney stones to name a few things. I take this from my medical school notes, referencing a paper in which the citation is too small, so I can't be more precise.
