I answered this to another comment...I do mean any woman. I swipe right only based on "moderate cuteness" regardless of color. I'm proposing an explanation based on what I've observed, at least as far as Tinder and OKCupid go. I'm okay with any skin color, and I'm saying that "the other side" doesn't reciprocate.
