My issue as well. It's good that you realize that you're putting others on pedestals Three solutions 1. Work on inner game, get healther, get a better wardrobe, get your life in order = more confidence 2. Start slowly like I did, practice things like eye contact with strangers and just exchanging pleasantries 3. Realize that people are just as self conscious as you are and nobody is perfect.

I found this hard too, and I still do sometimes. I've realized that it really doesn't matter what you say as much as how you say it. Be positive and confident. A rule of thumb I use is if I see something I find funny or think of something relevant to the situation that I would point out to a friend I will do point it out the person next to me. Thanks guys! I am still learning and improving, never get complacent! The whole thing has become much clearer to me now that I understand seduction more than just applying the right method, it's about making yourself awesome. I want to share it with you guys because I know how easy it is to be a keyboard jockey and read field reports all day. Go outside and do stuff! The sooner you realize that, the sooner you can focus on the right things.
