Ive been doing nofap for a while now and am sure that the benefits are real, my face cleared up immensly and am no longer tired, I can sleep for 6 hours and wake up feeling energetic and ready to do shit, confidence is also high af, you wouldn't believe it but trust me once you're past the second week you'll start seeing the benefits and you won't even think of touching porn again.

Your best bet is to just wake up in the middle of the night and just check for yourself, can't let her know about any of this shit until you have evidence of some sort and take pictures etc... else you can really fuck up your relationship beyond repair and look like a bitch in case she wasn't doing anything wrong... EDIT: I feel like I need to emphasize on never opening up to her or talking to her about this, you wont get anywhere talking about this with her...

Am 19 and I would say I can handle my shit quite well but the thing is that I don't know how to escalate/be sexual, I lived most of my teenage years bluepilled and I used to be afraid of girls/ think they're magical creatures but now am quite good I'd say however I can't get myself to be sexual/ make a move, so my question is there any guides or tips on how to escalate without going too far or skipping steps... (I do lift and take care of myself and am confident around girls)
