That's fantastic but don't let a lack of anxiety turn into overconfidence. Too many dbags in the world as it is

Can someone pleeease put Stop putting women up on pedestals. Instead, bend them over the pedestal and fuck them like they want in a nice font on a serene background in 1920x1080

Similar experience, to the point where my anxiety turned to exhilaration, and I became super social when out in public and stoned. Game was still garbage but hey, I had fun.

Try going out on very small amounts of weed. At first smoking made my anxiety worse, but then I started to get excited about tackling my fears, which I didn't feel capable of while sober. Also, the extra creative umph that comes with weed smoking increased my converse-with-a-stranger-about-whatever ability. This might not sound like a convincing argument, but if you're truly fed up and ready for some progress you should be willing to give it a go.

go to /r/getmotivated, click "submit a new text post," copy and paste the body of this post into the text box, and title it something that establishes its relevance to /r/getmotivated and puts a little context on it. For example, I would title it "Why you should put yourself out there ," or "Why you should hit on women in daylight hours," with the tag [xpost /seduction].

There's a very pretty, smart girl in my physics class and her and myself and a few others always sit together during class and work together in lab. We share laughs every day but she has a boyfriend so I've kept my words and my body language passive throughout. The other day in lab I was sitting in front of the instrument we were using and she came up to tinker with it and for a couple of seconds she was pressed against my thigh. She walked up, and she pressed into me. Good sign, right? That's w…

I have a hard time maintaining high social confidence levels because I'm pretty introverted. I've had some super high highs but I always dip back down to my default, due to those introverted thoughts of who and why. At this point I'm pretty comfortable with the thought that this will always be the case, though I'll never stop trying to change it. But it could very well be something I just have to live with.

I believe she could. And if there were evidence that he cheated and is therefore responsible for the fallout then she'd probably take him for what he's worth. If you're that worried, talk to your SO about a prenuptial that says she's entitled to none of your $ if the marriage fails. Be careful, though; she will not like that you don't trust her :)

Thats a very good thought. I can't help but think that this husband is the kind of guy who is married for political/social reasons, to provide the appearance of being a family man and such. I hope his wife is thoughtful of such possibilities, otherwise she's in for a hell of a ride that will undoubtedly end with her feeling like a rug.

But because of arbitrary cut-off dates, those born closest to the cut-off date, will be older and more mature while talent assessments about who will advance to the next level are made. Such a simple, almost obvious, explanation, yet I would never have even considered it. Gladwell, you say? I might have to give his works a look-see.

Be honest. Look down and exhale, in silent acknowledgment of your failure, throw on a knowing smile as you look her in the eye and apologize for your lack of suave. Hopefully the wreckage will already be salvaged, because at that ponit she shouldn't remember you by your failed words but by your ability to "real" and honest. If you're getting positive response by then, keep gaming with that light-hearted overtone. If the response is still negative, snigger, say never mind, and walk away.

I get what you were saying in your first comment about the ok-ness of being an ass hole to girls of a certain age group, but it's only okay because lesser men have used that [lesser] tactic and lesser girls fall for it. On the grand scale of things choosing not to be an ass hole will take you a lot further and will yield a much higher caliber of female. I guess in the end it really just depends on what you're playing the game for - a worthy companion, or just a lay.

So I looked up that Blueprint Decoded you mentioned... seems way gimmicky and full of itself with lines like "tap into the crackling power that's been hidden from you" and "Shatter the chains of social conditioning and BLAZE with unstoppable PRESENCE and AUTHENTICITY." My favorite, though, was "Achieve a global 'F-18 fighter pilot style' understanding..." RLWP

I'll never be that way again I mean dude, bro, sure don't have a heart to heart with a girl you're just trying to hook up with, but sometimes being that guy is the right thing to do. Surely.

To amend my previous comment... fucking with someone to make yourself feel better is wrong 95% of the time; when dealing with 10's, do what you have to.

The part about messing with the hot girl was actually the one part I disagreed with. Fucking with someone just to make yourself feel more valuable is wrong 100% of the time.

playing with a fat girl's emotions True, at that point you are perpetuating the system that you had a problem with in the first place, but I imagine you'd be boosting the fat girl's confidence more than shattering it, so maybe that tactic is mutually beneficial?

experience helps you become the person who intuitively knows "the right thing to say" in any situation. true but it could also be that someone's brain doesn't function quickly enough to have a response to everything. experience might help that but the only true fix I've come across is Adderall. I'm a social monarch on that shit.

I talked to a lot of people in Germany who thought their English was poor when in fact it was more than adequate. I'm betting it's likewise in France. So by American standards anyway, the majority of you speak pretty damn good English. Maybe I feel that way because here, very few people are bilingual (even though foreign language is required for two years in high school and two semesters in college).

Acknowledgement and acceptance are crucial to bringing about change, but in this case it feels almost as harmful to know as it was to be completely unaware. I mean, the problem was we were thinking too much, now we have that answer but it isn't as simple as saying "Okay, I'll just think less." We have to think more about thinking less.. or at least that's what our instinctive over-thinking tells us. It's a dilemma from which there is no escape because of mutually conflicting or dependent conditi…

I've experienced being just the guy you described, sadly only a few times in my life. The only way I've found to guarantee that level of confidence is Adderall, but likewise I don't fancy a crutch. So I've spent many stoned hours, days or weeks even, wracking my brain for an answer, trying to figure out what about me prevents me from being a social butterfly even though I've had it proven to me that I have it in me. I've narrowed it down to a few things, of which over-thinking may be the most si…
