Sorry to hear this. You are an excellant writer. Im 2 years out and it does get better. Im not doing it again. Maybe god wanted you to get divorce so that you can find solace in yourself. (atheist here)

Tough now. but ultimately you dont want to be with someone who does not want to be with you. Your job now is to make her regret her decision when she looks at you living your best life.

Mine is ending after 28 year. still working thru details under the same roof. Peace of mind IMO has no monetary value. Living with someone who does not want to be with you, does not respect you, is torture.

I wish I was in that boat. I'm under the same roof for a host of reasons. Seperate bedrooms, seperate lives. Same kids. our plan is to do this for 3 more winter solstices. No fun.

We have been in seperate bedrooms for about 3 weeks now. Plan is to wait till my 10 grader graduates. Sell house at that point and divorce. Arguments have been more pointed but that is due to me standing my ground on issues. I sure hope I can make it that long.

Don't leave. I will be moving into the spare bedroom in a few days. (waiting for kids to finish exams). At that point we will be effectively roommates. she needs to work but looking for ideal situation. Ill live my life as if I'm single till she finds a job with ins etc. it hurt but it is what it is.

My wife cheated with another women just under 2 years ago. We are still together in counseling. A lot of counseling is BS. It has been hard but it we are working through it. I'm not sure you can ever get over the trust issue. You have to learn to settle for degrees of trust. And come to the conclusion that you cannot watch everything. Who wants to.

Update. Things have gotten better. Both seeing counselors. I am about to wrap up with mine. I needed help getting through emotional upheaval. She will continue. Is she bi? I'm not sure. She claims she was just curious. Sex is better. I get head but only on my request. She shows more affection but she does not initiate sex. she does comply. I finally got some head last week after asking. It's a bit hollow but I'll take it. Sad I know. but when I look at the alternative, An expensive divorce, kids…

Sex life. She is not feeling it, she is ok with me rubbing one out with my duck between her Ass cheeks, but no head or insertion. Once a week. Happiness. Not to happy. Staying positive for kids. Cost to much to leave . Feel trapped exercising regularly and having fun away from home. Seeing a counselor. Watc…
