He's significantly bigger and stronger, and her slapping him (which is also wrong) doesn't hurt him as much as vice versa. Of course it was wrong for her to slap him and she should have repercussions, but I'll never agree with it being handled in this way. That's the goal for most (mature) people--to eventually get married and have a family. Again, may not be what YOU want out of dating, but it is the purpose of dating--to find someone for the long term and eventually reproduce. I’m quiet/introverted, and if a guy I was interested in was trying to start a convo with me like that, I’d JUMP on it and reciprocate.
