Agree with everything except stupid "gatekeeper" analogy. Are you saying women don't want sex and men don't want commitment and it's some weird transactional exchange?

An important distinction that tripped me up before, your "desire to fuck" or desire to enjoy a company of a woman should not focus on that specific woman you are approaching. So it's more of "I wanna find an awesome girl let's see if this one fits my criteria and and if not I wanna move on so as to not waste my time" instead of "I wanna fuck I hope this girl fucks me".

Weird. I'm a man and I love attention. I can survive without it but it's not ideal. We all want to be wanted and desired. Depends more on your personality than your gender I guess.

I like this thanks for sharing. Been thinking a lot about what part of me is real me deep down and what is social conditioning, brainwashing, trauma response, etc. I guess the only way to find out is try new things and see what resonates.

I assume you advocate changing your personality and sexual preference to be more dominant? To what degree do you think it's possible? For example if I wrote a bunch of stuff on gay hookups and you said man that's written from a very gay perspective, and I would reply "No one said being gay was easy"? A couple of my friends are very submissive men with dominant women and they have a great relationship. These guys are fighter/bouncer/CEO that have to be super masculine all day and when it comes to…

Written from a hardcore Dom perspective. As someone who's into switch (alternative between being dominant and submissive) being dominant 100% of the time would make me hate life.

After I took roids, got jacked, grew a beard, and started speaking slow and deep I noticed much better results with just going direct and saying I find you attractive then escalating physically. I guess that's part of alpha archetype. I don't get how people say looks don't matter much, maybe for long-term beta game but for instant attention your physical presence is #1 I think.

Its a nervous dog checking to make sure it is behaving correctly. Interesting take! Can you give an example or link further reading of how a shit test is actually a girl with anxiety trying to make sure she's behaving correctly? This would def help me take it less personally and go easy on 'hard nexting' all the time.

Estrogen is at the lower range to control gyno! Ignore the steroid thing, I know what I'm doing and I felt the exact same way naturally, just less horny so it was easier to go celibate. Beside muscle I'm really enjoying the energy and positive vibes I get from it, also getting more attention from girls (I assume both cause I look better and attitude is better). Still can't shake that feeling of 'unfairness'. "What a strange game, the only winning move is to not play" is the best quote to describ…

You just compared yourself to a woman. Sounds like you are bitching because "it's easy for them". I agree with you, I am. The problem is no matter how hard I try I can't get over it. It's like if you're digging with a shovel and you see someone use a backhoe you are told to just 'dig harder' but you are still jealous of the backhoe next to you. I can put in effort and get laid. Some guys enjoy 'the chase' and 'game', I don't. I have a theory that although I am a straight male in a masculine body…

Thank you for actually writing out a thoughtful reply. I think you misunderstand my point, not sure if it's accidentally or on purpose. I'm not some incel addicted to video games complaining why I don't have gorgeous women breaking down my door. I put in the effort. I had to approach girls, plan dates, escalate. And it felt like all the girl had to do is sit back and let me do all the work. Yes, women have to put effort into looking good, but so did I. I built a great physique, learned how to dr…

women know when to sling their pussy, or keep it locked up This sounds like they use affection as a weapon and is super manipulative and toxic, and over the years of trying I was never able to get over this. In fact this type of behavior makes me 'next' hard. What is exhausting is nexting over and over and never finding anything genuine. I have an amazing life, better than vast majority, but as years go by I think MGTOW might be where the true enlightenment lies.

I don't agree with escort part since the biggest part of my enjoyment from sex comes from the intimacy and connection with the other human. But I do agree something is fucked up, is it gender ratios, social media, widespread mental illness? Sure you can say focus on yourself and focus on your mission, and I did, but at some point you still have to approach girls and we are back to the starting point of jumping through hoops. It sure does feel like 'pussy cartel' sometimes and it seems the only s…

I'd assume demonstrating self sufficiency is an alpha trait that is beneficial for both (like having your own dope place vs living with roomates). I kinda get what you are saying, it still feels incongruent with my personality but I will play around with it, thanks.

I agree with you, maybe it's just wrong examples. Like if you want to get something from the kitchen wouldn't it be easier to get it yourself? I run into super bossy people like that sometimes that ask me to bring them shit that they can get themselves and it's super annoying. I usually end up not hanging with them anymore.
/r/TheRedPill27/06/21 10:58 PM
1

I get that. Like if we're going out I'll lead where to go. But shit like asking her to get something from the kitchen? It's easier to get it myself personally (unless I'm busy with something else). I don't like relying on people if I want a drink it's easier to order the drink myself, yo know what I mean?

If you are unattractive and your emotional experience and frame sucks, being dominant or challenging will not mean shit to her. This is key. That's becoming attractive (fitness, posture, voice, grooming, style) should be #1 priority.

The "league" thing is such a limiting belief. How can you tell if you're compatible, if have shared values, or what she like in a guy just by looking at her? You have to talk to her first.

Great mindset and something I'm proud to have felt recently during a breakup. You are correct if you are investing energy into it anyway, it's much better invested into new pursuits.
/r/TheRedPill21/05/21 05:12 PM

I agree with you but for me it's a time management thing. The pursuits I'm passionate about are male dominated and I'm finding I don't have time to go searching for new women all the time. I don't game or watch TV or smoke up or anything like that. I'm hesitant to sacrifice my gym time to meet new girls.

You wrote a long post that sounds all nice in theory, but does not stand up to real world application in my experience. If I understand your premise, you basically say SMV like looks, status, money don't matter if 'you capture her mind". And how exactly do you do that? Simple example: you don't get matches off tinder. You smile at a cute girl you see at a coffee shop or gym and ask her out. She says "no thanks". You keep repeating that over and over and get rejected over and over. Now what? You …
/r/askTRP17/05/21 01:33 PM
2

I don't want to create limiting beliefs, but you also have to be realistic. Not every janitor can become the president. Game is an attraction amplifier not attraction generator. How do you "capture the heart" of a girl if she doesn't even give you a chance? If she's not attracted to you, ignoring her is not gonna make her magically attracted. That's the reality for most dudes.
/r/askTRP17/05/21 01:29 PM
1

Interesting. Maybe this is something I should be more aware of too. I just kinda don't give a fuck, and if I want to discuss a serious topic that interest me I do whatever I want. Why does that mean I don't respect myself?
/r/askTRP13/05/21 11:04 AM
3

She will think you are a combination of dumb, gay or a pussy if you try to have a serious conversation with her. What's wrong with that? You can still have serious, deep conversations with women and escalate to sex, it's not one or the other. In fact, with best women with LTR potential are good at both.
/r/askTRP12/05/21 10:32 PM
6

Ok I've been through this for many years now in the fitness industry and it depends. Everything matters to some degree, your SMV is a sum of many parts. Facial definition and abs matter more than huge muscles. For some people their face gets bloated AF so getting lean skyrockets their SMV. For others their face looks nice even with a dad bod - so naturally they will proclaim getting sub 10% made no difference to them. Some guys will start working out skinny and put on muscle mass then say women …

Can't believe a haircut made that much difference, you think balding and buzzing your head has an effect on those initial rejections? I read your posts on sexual tone. What seems to work for you is actually sneaking in overt sexual remarks like "nice legs". Most people argue that it's better to communicate it covert with your body language by thinking sexual thoughts and letting it flow through you. Ok I guess people downvoted me for being too harsh, but I'm actually curious about this: you make most of the effort when building a relationship If you are an average guy women will not court you, will not chase you So your point is chase girls, put it tons of effort? Doesn't that go against the main points of TRP of having abundance, confidence, doing what you like, working on yourself, and letting women chase you? Personally I don't play manipulative games, and I rarely have a situation that …

Doing much better when I adapted an abundance mindset and stopped chasing women. I'm not annoyed with the guy for being a newbie, I'm annoyed with him posting bullshit instead of reading sidebar. Dating is a game, a one sided game where women decide who wins. This is a garbage mindset. Work on your confidence.

Yikes, wtf is this shit? It's like anti-redpill. Go read the sidebar. Sounds like you are putting women on a pedestal in the stratosphere. By putting in all this effort you are acting needy as fuck and signaling like you are not good enough or have to prove yourself to women, which repulses them.
/r/TheRedPill26/04/21 05:50 PM

Agreed, but there is also a place to be sexually overt. Girls can be autistic or low confidence too. There are some that will not get the hit that you are into them unless you explicitly say that you like them.

If a person doesn't know you, but you show real confidence, they assume that you have something to back it up. Only if they are dumb. Do you assume everyone with confidence is automatically good at the thing they are confident about, or do you ask questions and observe first?

I'd take that will a truckload of salt. First of all that 'love' shit seems to be implying a BP unicorn fantasy. Second, you can't make a woman love you, that neediness for love repulses them. So that paragraph from Napoleon Hill is a bunch of useless platitudes with no realistic actions. The action is still the same, work on your purpose, play the cards you are dealt. If I find a woman beautiful I tell her she's beautiful. I don't play dumb devalue games. A good re-iteration of basic redpill principles. If you truly want to connect with your partner and want a good relationship, do not use these tactics. I like that you explicitly mention this, I've tried using darktriad redpill tactics and it felt exhausting and it did not go well. That might be because all I really wanted was a healthy partner to connect deeply with, I just never had that due to crippling insecurity growing up. Does this actually work for you? Because I tested a lot of this shit myself (like memes and empathy/caring) and all it does is land you in the friendzone. Empathy is perceived as weakness by most girls unfortunately. No amount of being witty is gonna make her want to fuck you. You gotta make it clear that you want her as more than a friend ASAP and either she's down or she's not and you move on, unless you actually want her as a friend to introduce you to her social circle.

Agreed, all this makes me think that MGTOW were right all along. I'd rather spend my time working on my business, prepping for bodybuilding show and travelling with my boys then spend effort wading though hordes of flaky disrespectful girls just to have mediocre sex. Just go rub one out if your libido is that high.

100% brother. I always cringe when newbies ask for lifting advice and get told to "eat more", it's like these fuckers are trying to sabotage you. 99% of the time you will get fat and look worse, all that muscle and strength you put on is not helping your attractiveness if its covered by fat.

Ignoring them just makes them want you more obviously. I think there was a post a while back addressing this problem where someone suggested acting full bluepill to make the thots lose interest. So crazy it might just work, but might also backfire. It depends on the situation. You can tell them you are married, gay, hardcore Mormon, whatever. Pretend to be sick to get out of a situation. I consider my time valuable, I'm pragmatic and control my ego. Sometimes it's easy to apologize to a crazy ev…

The fact that you mention these weddings and couples shows that you are still insecure and compare yourself to others. Due to our tribal evolution where social exclusion most likely meant death most people are like that and most never get over it. But learning to stop giving a shit about what others are doing and telling you, and figuring out what you really want is a very important step if you want to become a better man. The point of Redpill for me is not simply having tons of casual sex. It's…

Great article that helps connect some of the dots. Is this more applicable for LTRs or long term plates? For women, the anxiety occurs after sexual intimacy. How do you apply this for new plates before you hooked up? I find if I don't show her any attention (I'm actually really busy getting my shit together) than she drops off before we even hook up. Trying to learn how to calibrate that push-pull balance.

Agree with the point that you need to try and provoke an emotional reaction, even a negative reaction can be better than boring if you maintain frame. Learn how to tell interesting stories. Don't have anything interesting to say? Focus on that. You want exclusivity...that one benefits you Interested in this point. Notwithstanding the fact that she may very well still fuck around behind your back, how does exclusivity benefit her more? People like to throw around "men are gatekeepers of commitment" phrase, but wouldn't that mostly apply to post wall women who want to secure a man before their fertility declines? Does a young girl happily riding the CC really give a shit about commitment?

I like that direction. A few months ago I remember posting something and people dismissed it as not directly relevant to "sexual strategy". To me trp has become about working on myself and focusing on raising my smv. Best case it positively impact my sex life, worst case... I did my best, improved my life as much as I can, and have no regrets.

Shit man, this post made me seriously consider just going the high-end escort route and spending most of my time on my business might be a much more valuable use of my time than trying to boost poverty SMV. I came across your post while doing a lot of research. Alpha fucks vs beta bucks is a false dichotomy. It’s not that they are mutually exclusive, it’s that in current feminized nanny state climate being a provider gives much less tingles than other traits. The only reason that AF doesn’t commit is that he doesn’t have to to get random sex. The most top tier man is however is an alpha fucks alpha bucks, because the most top tier women know their value and will not put out without commitment. SMV …

Like etherael commented, the reason that they show you so much care is because they view you (comparatively to other options) as extremely high value. It's conceivable that male celebrities get something similar from Western women trying to lock them down. On that note, like you said AWALT. The reason they do everything they can is that they expect you to provide value in return. As soon as they realize that there is no chance to secure resources or commitment (which implies resources) from you …

What are those jobs? I come from an engineering background and none of my former classmates ever had an employer check grades. How you read any of Roosh's stuff? How does it compare to Eastern Europe. I heard SA and EE cultures are turning into North American at a very rapid pace.

Something that I've been realizing myself but you put it in words much better, thanks.

Rule # 1: If she comes over she wants to fuck. Always. Damn. I just had so many missed opportunities flash before my eyes.

I'm happy for you dude. First world problems. I have close to a decade of celibacy to make up for.

I'm just sharing what worked for me. Try it out yourself and see if it works for you. I stopped caring about all the science behind it, if it works, that's good enough for me.

If you have some money, try GH therapy. Get shoe lifts. Move to some country in South-East Asia or South America with a million girls shorter than you.

Well let me reframe that. Perhaps I don't care what women want, but I care about what I can do in order to attract women. Sounds better? If you don't, that's cool, I went celibate monk mode myself for like 5 years, but in that case I think MGTOW is more in line with your thinking than TRP.

Check out /r/tressless. I did nizoral + propecia + minox. Transplanted temples with FUE (reputable doc in Canada). Transplanted hairs are there forever, but the hair behind them may or may not continue to recede.

I'm not unmindful of that. Perhaps it's the case that the rest of the package was solid already, and it was the missing piece that opened the floodgates.

What I noticed myself is, if you improve your looks, you don't need to learn game and confidence, it sorta comes naturally when you have girls trying hard to qualify themselves to you.

Dom behavior + poverty looks = creep. Dom behavior + aesthetics = alpha.

Same thing we are all trying to do. Improve the things you can control, go full Tom Cruise mode, etc.

Exactly. There is no absolutes, how much something matters is relative to a situation, and like I mentioned in OP, there comes a point of diminishing returns. Being 6'2 is a huge improvement, but getting up to 6'5 you start approaching lanky ogre category.

You are right, but I find it is easier to improve your looks than become a starter for the patriots.

An average gym rat will not get as big and lean as Steve Cook even if they hop on a bike.

There is another thread on here that I saw: "To attract attractive people, you must be attractive yourself". Sounds stupidly obvious when you say it out loud. Yeah looks aren't a big of a factor if you can tank your standard into oblivion. I tried hard.. many times... I can't override my nature that I like pretty girls.
