| 1 | Child Support Payment OptionsIn ohio payments not made through the court ARE considered gifts. I had several cases in Ohio and know this is a fact. In KY however, I had a friend who paid directly to his ex sometimes and I think he just had to provide proof that he paid her to the child support agency and they were considered payments.
