We men are meant to be problem solvers, but a lot of us are sure forgetting how to go on about our problem solving tendencies, anyways, tips and strategies? When shit goes down in whatever capacity that might be, stop for a second. Scan your body for physical sensations. Wether you’re afraid or anxious, those things can be broken down into physical sensations. Do you feel a knot in your throat or a weird feeling in your stomach? Are your hands getting cold? 3	Being raised with beta mentality I was raised a similar way.
