1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap and they do. Its just that when you take the wages of all woman and compare them to men, the men will be higher earners. Alot of lower paying jobs are dominated by woman (nurses, administration etc) while higher paying jobs are dominated by men (engineering, finance). Just looking at a class of engineers you'll find 95% of the people are males. If woman select the easier and thus, less paying jobs, then they will get paid less accordingly	/r/PussyPassDenied	13/04/17 07:43 PM
