The basis of all your actions should be your own self-interest, first and foremost. This is also known as making yourself your Mental Point of Origin. Society should incentivize you to want to contribute in various ways. They should cherish your gender or ethnicity in a way to encourage your happiness instead of shaming you. It should encourage you to get married by providing you incentives for doing so: thin, feminine women, paternity assurance, etc etc. If you are sacrificing your own interest…

This story clearly lifts huge segments from this Daily Mail post In fact, some of the paragraphs are almost identical. Compare the above Most days would bring a pointed moment when some people were invited out planned to meet for lunch or a coffee break - and some weren't. The more expensive the place the better for the female doctors. Nothing explicit was ever said; the cutting rejection was obvious enough to some of the girls. With the Daily Mail article Most days would bring a pointed moment …

Your observation is correct, of course, but you're still gonna get a lot of guys who are like the opposite end of the spectrum to Black Pillers and will bleat out "raise SMV" any time a guy points out anything to do with society. Suck it up and stop complaining, kiddo. Rollo addresses these guys (what he calls ("Extreme Ownership" in a recent post: The ideology of personal responsibility is the Swiss army knife of subjectivist rationalization. “Extreme Ownership” is a lot like the “just be yours…

When you've experienced a huge 6'4 Russian man screaming in your face to the point that he's tempted to throw you off the scaffolding So, what happened? How did you handle this situation?

No problem. That's the science behind why pornography wrecks your dopaminergic system. The reason why that matters, is that dopamine levels are related to social status, ergo, quitting porn stops you being a fumbling retard around women.

This is actually an area of interest of mine. Here you can see that "food and sex" increase dopamine by between 150% and 300%, whereas alcohol increases it by 200%: A wide variety of stimuli affect dopamine levels. Natural rewards such as food and sex elevate dopamine output by 150% to 300% above basal output. Stimulant drugs, however, are more efficient than natural rewards at increasing the release of dopamine. Methamphetamine increases dopamine release to >1000% above basal levels within the …

Sup bro, I don't have autism, and I don't think you do either. But on occasion, I have suffered from social anxiety, and the unique type of "stuttering" that comes from that anxiety. I believe there are two types of stuttering, or lack-of-flow when speaking: High dopamine, which causes the classic "stammering" type stuttering Low dopamine, which causes a constant feeling of self-consciousness, an inability to just let go and be in the moment, and consequently makes you stumble/slur over your wor…

Only if you are being "creepy". If you're a Low-SMV orbiter, she's not gonna be happy with you walking away, but you stand to gain from it.

Does this apply to men, too? Obviously not in the same way as it would affect a woman, but I'm curious.

Agreed. War Brides is probably my favourite post in the manosphere. Nobody had anything close to Rollo’s insight back in 2011. He’s always focused on the nuts and bolts rather than focusing on pure game/lifting (partly because Roissy had already covered it better than anyone else could) and this is apparently how he’s being attacked now. Insane.

Well we have a similar problem in the US, which contributes to school shootings à la Elliot Rodger. And suicides like you say. In the Middle East, you see the rise of violent brotherhoods among young males. These men have a lack of sexual options because of polygamy; the men in the West have a lack of options because of the erosion of old-books marriage and a Pareto Principle skewing of the sexual marketplace.

The problem is on a societal level, when you have 80% of betas who will never have a wife and they can’t even hide from the fact because it’s so blatant, you’re creating a recipe for disaster. There’s a reason these guys blow themselves up for 72 virgins.

Feminism would crumble into nothing if it weren’t for child support. The only reason women can continue to pursue their sexual strategy to such extreme lengths is because all risk has been removed. If they had to be careful who they had sex with because the responsibility of childbirth naturally fell on them, the balance between the sexes would be restored. Men’s only real leverage over women on a societal level was provisioning. Today men are forced to prop up the carousel for women through tax…

Wait, what? Orwell was a diehard traditional socialist. I've read Wigan Pier, 1984, and Animal Farm. Go back and read 1984, the bit where Winston gets his hands on Goldsteins book. It goes into detail about how socialism is the optimal form of government.

Rubbish, plenty of women are content being plates. This is coming from the same person who said Because a lot of what trp practices is bullshit, borderlines emotional abuse/ manipulation and is like a cult.

Super Blue Pill post lads, what a boilerplate equalist message. Can’t believe it’s getting upvotes. Muh toxic masculinity.

Hypergamy needs to be duplicitous and covert in order for it to be effective. That is the threat and the attraction. Women want a Man that has confidence in his own value; that’s sexy, but the more he self-realizes this the greater the anxiety is that she’ll be found wanting as he better understands his options. So it becomes necessary to develop social contrivances that are standardized across the feminine gender that limit the full recognition of masculine self-value. Thus masculinity is ridic…

This is an exaggeration, they are not even sure 100% if the plant was used for birth control, and if it was, there’s no evidence it was the most effective birth control ever.

FYI I have my own opinions and am quoting someone who is widely regarded in the manosphere as an authority on masculinity and tribalism in particular, perhaps you are new around here. I could type out my own opinions but there is an assumption (at least there used to be) that you are familiar with the basic texts and authors.

Every man has a natural desire to be part of a brotherhood. That doesn’t mean you have to be subservient or dependent on other men, but to have strong bonds with men who share your values and have your back is essential to the male experience (aside from outliers such as genuine loner types, but the exception does not prove the rule.) If you haven’t already, I recommend the Way of Men. It’s canon around here. (At least it used to be). The Jordan Peterson-esque idea of extreme individualism seems…

Jack Donovan would disagree with you, tribalism is essential for a man. “Overcoming” tribal behaviours (your instinct to be part of a male tribe) is not a good thing.

It's sad how one-sided the whole affair is. Thanks for the detailed response. Edit: Do you think a voice recording would be legal and/or useful?

Agreed. While I can understand wanting to build a brand if you are a celebrity or a life coach or whatever, for your average guy, caring about your Likes on Facebook just seems really needy to me.

Respectfully disagree (and I agree with all of your other points), just because something is promoted in the modern age/culture, doesn't mean it aligns with our natures and what is best for our long term happiness.

I'm really surprised by some of the comments here. Specifically the abundance of people saying that the only way to be happy is to find a foreign or somehow virginial wife and marry young. A lot of guys aren't going to like this but this is a form of idealisation and is really an expression of a want for a blue pill ideal. The unconditional love from a woman (that she is not capable of), the insurance from cuckoldry (because she is not affected by hypergamy because of her virginity or circumstan…

A few years back I would hit up gay nightclubs because the girls have their defences down. During this period I focused on dancefloor game as I'm a good dancer, and I'd quite often get a kiss before they pop the question, by which point they are already attracted to you. The rest was plain sailing.

I've dug out the numbers for you, some of them were a little off (I posted just from my memory) but it's roughly correct, junk food is actually half of orgasm, and cocaine can be less depending on dose, and may even be less than orgasm, depending on how much of a slug you are snorting). Interesting as well is that alcohol is actually releases less dopamine than orgasm, so if you're having masturbation sessions every night, you're basically doing something that releases more dopamine than alcohol…

If you don't have a pornography addiction, have control over time spent in a session, and also are clean from other sources of ejaculation (I.e. you're not having regular sex), then in theory this might work. I think some boxers abstain for a few days before big fights. Not sure if it's folklore or not.

Yeah, testosterone levels steadily rise until around day 7, then trickle back to the normal levels of day 1. There are other hormones involved though, which indirectly effect testosterone and can definitely effect mood state, such as histamine and cortisol.

I think the biggest change you will notice is a higher baseline level of dopamine. Orgasm being the highest natural high you can attain, it's bound to have some level of downregulation of dopamine receptors if you are doing it regularly and for long enough periods. Pornography itself is a super stimulus, something your biology was not built with in mind, but your mind doesn't know the difference between the real thing and seeing 300 pixelated vaginas spread over 30 tabs every night for many year…

You won't achieve blue pill ideals with red pill knowledge. Marriage only works when female chastity is enforced by society and they are not encouraged to divorce rape. Your only option is to not get married.

It's gotten so bad I can't even go there anymore. They make the mistake of conflating pornography addiction with normal male lust for women. Go too far and desexualize themselves completely. Largely caused by Gary Wilson, the Jesus of the Your Brain on Porn movement, who after reading his book, I can say is deeply, deeply blue pill. Shame because he is a nice guy, he just needs to stick to the neurochemistry. Ironic considering the pornography addiction itself is just a manifestation of the comp…

Great post. I think you are overlooking the importance of dopamine though. Studies have shown that Brain Dopamine Receptor Density Correlates with Social Status. Bitches love social status. Dopamine is also responsible for motivation, feelings of wellbeing, ability to hold eye contact, sex drive, and others. One study in monkeys (I think they were chimps) showed that as a male rose in social ranking within the tribe, his dopamine receptors increased. Women can smell your dopamine levels, like yo…

They are broken, it’s not biologically their fault; so be extra kind to women, be compassionate. I don't think that women should be considered broken, they are only broken by male standards of humanity, and women could quite as easily turn around and say that men are broken because we don't act like they do. In fact, the argument that women are broken is no different than the feminist one of talking about "toxic masculinity". Hypergamy is a feature, not a bug. Remember that. Plan accordingly, ad…

Are you a woman? My take is this: don't suppress your nature; understand it. Understand that while hypergamy isn't bad (it's amoral), a society FOUNDED on the principles of achieving hypergamy and dominating men's sexual strategy is bad. In the old books social order, marriage was essentially a compromise, in order to allow society to flourish and bring out the productivity of betas (every man has a wife and is committed to the success of the society). The West conquered the world this way. A ma…

I agree with this sentiment. Arrive whenever the fuck you want to. If she doesn't like it, who cares. NEXT. Do what YOU want to do. Worrying about dressing formally and being professional in your punctuality... I wouldn't.

Think I blew it, today was the day of the date. Woke up to a few snaps from her, one of which was saying "so what time are we doing tonight? I'm out with my parents till 7 xx". Waited till 5pm and text her something along the lines of "so yeah, about tonight... I can't make it ;) Jokes. blah blah I can pick you up at 8, but i'll be drinking, so you'd have to get a taxi (she'd shit-test me before about me offering her crashing on my sofa so she knew it was an option) if you want to get back blah …
