Something that could be really helpful during this initial phase is to write down all the bad things about your relationship with her, all the moments she hurt you, the times she ruined your day and made you feel dead inside. Then when you start thinking (because you will) "Oh if I had done something different, maybe if I had tried X" start reading what you wrote.
