I'm not black, so this is not personal experience. There's some Indian people who act racist towards black people. It's not "we hate you, you're inferior" racism. It's more like "we're gonna make fun of you because you look different than most people I've seen" racism. Besides, mainstream India seems to equate fair skin with beauty.
