Well your reading comprehension is a bit off. I never said it invalidates the statement. While I disagree with what you said, based on your posting history trying to argue anything rationally with you wouldn't be worth my time anymore. I think it's dehumanizing a whole class of people without any sort of factual evidence, just anecdotal assumptions. If the men were blindsided that means that there was a lack of communication between the partners (the wife he loves so much is unhappy in the marriage and he doesn't even know it?) I could ask you for divorce stats but they'd probably be coming from men who don't understand what caused their marriage to break down and place the whole blame on the woman by the sounds of it. Initiating does not necessarily mean you are at fault though. Yes some may be leaving because they've found a new lover, or something of that sort. But others may be trying to sever a situation where they are not emotionally, financially, sexually or socially fulfilled by a complacent partner. I'm going to venture a guess that in most cases both parties carry a large chunk of the fault in a divorce regardless of who filed the papers.

Well it's interesting that you wrote off girls in one sentence. All their actions are explained by attention. Whereas the things you said about boys were complex and showed intelligence, and curiosity but in the end boiled down to the same message And they like to show off what they can do.
