OYS #1 Main 36, in LTR with an Asian girl for around 2 years now. No children. Took the red pill after divorce 4 years ago. Health: Due to lockdown I cannot go to the gym any more, so I kept doing daily yoga, and pullups in my office. I really miss the gym, but I'm coping so far. Bodyfat is around 12% (eye-measured), and I am in decent shape. Wealth: I'm already leanfire retired, but I am aiming to grow my business and make a new product. A recent emergency project came in, and I had to jump in …

Because the lesson here is not “we are the good guys, women are pure evil” but rather “people are animals. women will leave you for the better guy”. You can interpret this as A-phase (as in dabda), and OP might even be there... but you could also just see it as nature is. we are not much different. we would do the same. This is just not a platform for a nuanced discussion. We are here to help each other not fall back into the blue pill mindset. Seeing examples like that sometimes help. Even if i…

I like your philosophical piece and I somewhat agree. I would like to get some data with your claims, though. (that’d actually be very interesting).

What an amazing story! I believe this is the real answer to your question.

I guess this is it. Or you gave away too much honesty from the start and killed mystery. In any case: if she tries to make you say “I will never have anal in my life again” (or shit like that), it’s probably a dead end anyway.

This is the single best post here I have read all month, thanks for that! The intro is what brought my LTR down and got me on the RP path. Question: what if she brings up she wants sexual exclusivity? How long can you sidestep that or do you have a formula how to deal with it?
/r/TheRedPill25/09/18 10:40 AM
8

yes. her toilet
/r/askTRP19/05/18 11:09 AM
1

no, i mean: what is their answer. do they want to know? (yeah, sidestepping is the default for sure. or some crazy exaggeration)
/r/askTRP18/05/18 07:18 AM

what’s the answer normally?

I am guessing (in your favor) that you don’t know the classification yet https://m.imgur.com/EsOwgTg?r HB1? rather kill myself of buy some minced meat and a thermo bottle :D

All this is spot on!
/r/askTRP17/05/18 05:29 AM

yeah that’s good then. in case she asks I would say: “you know i would never lie to you. but i would like to have privacy on a lot of things including how i spend my free time, what i think internally, etc etc. so please consider very carefully what you want to ask, if it is really important, and if you can live with the answer.” has anyone else experience with this? How did it work out? To me this is the only chance to solve the dilemma of ‘needing to spin some plates and still being honest’
/r/askTRP16/05/18 01:19 PM
1

violated at least one iron rule of tomassi. I wonder what you respond to my comment above (“lying or not”)
/r/askTRP16/05/18 11:33 AM
2

that’s best practice. i would always prefer that over lying. I did the same with a plate and she left. I did like her a lot but I did not bother her again as she wanted to move on.
/r/askTRP16/05/18 11:32 AM
2

Would protected sex be okay? Maybe read “The unchained man” for more info on that topic. I totally see where you are coming from and I think you can still have a happy LTR, even marriage and kids. The only thing I would be very cautious is lying. if you tell her you would never even kiss someone else, then you are wasting mindspace big time. (i think i heard that from Sam Harris and I also experienced it) even small lies occupy the head and distract you from what’s really important: your mission…

Can you give us some numbers? Maybe a quick field report?
/r/askTRP10/05/18 10:11 AM

Yeah, maybe that’s where i am going wrong: IF one has enough self-reflection to be able to talk to the mother and not expect help... that person would probably be strong enough to figure things out for himself.
/r/TheRedPill10/05/18 08:05 AM
2

good point, thanks for extending. I would never ask them for real advice (unless specifically domain based where the woman is an expert). I was writing about you helping yourself by talking to your mom. She might be doing nothing to help your situation but if you need to talk to someone (and you are aware of that), then better to your mom than to a girl that has other interest and does not even see you. It’s not my go to address because i normally deal with my shit alone but many guys do, so bet…

Exactly. unless you have some stupid family power play going on (many many have), your mother has no interest in you being weak. for the sister: i don’t have one, so i can’t tell. I could imagine i’d be a bit more cautious here.

Yep. i can recall my father being mostly redpilled and NGAF about most things... but then he had these fits where he would go uncontrollably angry and shout and run into another room. What a loss of frame. It took me some time to get that these fits were no sign of strength but the exact opposite. Yes. Also keep anger away. It’s addictive and makes you weaker. Just walk away for some time and figure things out for yourself.

Hey man. This is right up my ally. I wanted to write a comprehensive post but then all the answers so far have been pretty clear. I lost my marriage over the same shit. Indeed, she invited that guy into our house, and hung out with him until after I went to bed. This whole thing makes me cringe thinking about it. So does your post. Above you write you both “agreed” on certain things and you have been red pill for 4 years. Thoughts: you can’t make a woman “agree” unless you have a potential downs…

there might be something. are you talking about future plans with her? are you telling her how much more you would like to spend time with her? same here. totally cured my acne when i was 15. i can’t say i have side effects but just a weird feeling that it messed with my metabolism, especially in that puberty where a lot of things changes. anyway, i don’t have scars and i am quite happy with it. giving it to my children? probably not.

did tomassi say what you can’t regain frame for a woman who has seen you alpha once? good luck with your endeavor, it will pay off for sure. my gut just tells me here you have a high chance of not being with her in a couple of months down the road.

Sounds like you could sharpen your intuition a bit to filter friends out better in the first place. These interactions just seem to repeat themselves. Yes, many men are mean but i hope for you these are the minority of your interactions.

depends where you are. earlier this year i had a week in bangkok, 7 days exactly. i only swiped right without thinking. matched around 200. invited the girls from across town to a coffee place near my condo. immediately kino, then asking them if they want to watch youtube at my place. most time took chatting and scheduling, but i could still work at the same time, maybe 20h in that week. 7 days 12 lays. (and no: no ladyboy amongst them)
/r/TheRedPill19/10/17 04:38 AM

exactly. that’s be over 100 from 20-30. that’s a lot (cut away the monogamous time and you end up with maybe 50). the average in central europe (i heard time ago) was 10 sexual partner for men, 7 for women - until marriage. yes, 1 per month is blinding speed. also consider that you probably fuck one more often and also have to break up. many men can’t handle plating

I get your point. Glad you stopped drinking. However: also consider that she was not drunk. Your 100 girls having been tipsy probably contributed to your game. I stopped drinking 3 years ago and sex-closed more that before. (i attribute this partly to this forum though)

good contribution. there are principles, advocates and ted talks about both sides: proclaim goals or keep them for yourself. i stick to the latter now. being RP enough gives confidence that one can achieve them oneself, not needing peer pressure

There are no bad women in the same sense there are no bad dogs. this is so true. "bad" would only mean not living up to your expectations. wrong expectations = your fault. great comment!

Same here, especiall good was the wisdom teeth removal. i still have a metal behind the lower front teeth to keep them adjusted. How practical is it to whiten teeth and still drink lots of coffee?
/r/TheRedPill02/06/17 09:00 AM

Yeah, especially as OP's girl is chubby. she could have some trouble finding a new guy. What i am rather asking myself here is: why would OP bang her for a year, being overweight? If this is not a problem to bang her, why even tell her. does not seem to be an issue. my advice: next time next earlier, ideally right after finding out that there are too many curves.

Monk mode sounds good but from my experience (and having seen others) only actions change habits, and habits will affect thinking. think and then grow is the harder way IMHO
/r/TheRedPill08/05/17 09:18 AM

That is true. Then better hack your way up as described. As bad as it sounds, this is dealing with reality, quite in a RP sense

Yes, thanks for that observation! I had the same with my grandpa. He served in war and never talked about it. I did not know him well other than some infos about beating my dad He probably was RP, guessing from the stories. Now, my Dad had frame but lost it anytime he got into rage about tiny things. I would say he was almost RP but these moments when he struggled signaled to me that men are not that strong. also the whole zeitgeist in the 80s contributed to it (I am from Europe). what a wrong i…

of all the above, this is what i can agree with most. for "1" i would add "... and hope to get provided some time in the future, but ok if not" I had this thing yesterday with a Chinese woman: first she wanted me to come back to her after traveling. hoping to build a relationship etc. when i told her that i never come back she flipped to "1" and we fucked like wild dogs. after that she told me, "the experience was more important for her than missing out on it". woman see us like business deals. …

Beta goggles true or not... I don't know the answer but I would rather assume they exist. Just to assume the worst. Just to make sure to no go back into an old relationship thinking "I changed and she sees me in a new light now". Women are manipulative. Even if she knows you changes she will try all triggers on you that worked previously to get you into provider mode.

Valid points. Additionally I would say that in many cases (maybe this one as well), the man fails the shit test and positions himself under her. Now instead of leaving him she makes him a slave and looks out for the next best guy. she does not find anyone better. the ones who pass the shit tests don't stick around with her (DJ peen). Both are stuck. but she has all options and no interest in giving him up. and a lot of fun at the same time.

Read "the manipulated man", written by a woman. According to the author: yes. they have not this sense of ambition that we have. The ones who are thriving do it out if necessity or to increase mating value.

I don't know if that is stupidity or false hope. Never EVER let her bring in another guy. Even if it is 'just a friend'. Even if they don't fuck (which is unlikely) it is disrespectful.

Have 'safe harbor' without sex? (so girlfriend/wife where you never have sex for the rest of your life) Or have all the sex you want, but no safe harbor? GREAT way to approach that! Actually, my business coach uses the same thing to elicit priorities. "What would you rather take if you can only have that". He goes through every pair and give a foint for each pair's winner. Highest points = highest prio. Anyway, the more interesting story here is that your 'female friend' sent you this article! I…

I'm thankful for that, but now it's the time to move on. Reading your comments was fun, though, and I learned quite a bit. I am very grateful for this community. Women do not complete you. Women do not want to be that for you. They want you to not need anything, but still want them to be around. Exactly! I think the article was mainly written for a female audience. "Give men the safe harbor" because it is so much easier and less risky... so sad many men fall for that.
/r/askTRP02/04/17 05:43 AM

I see where you went wrong. Agreed. I will not start arguing with her, just let this chat fade out and move on. Why does anyone read shit over at "The Good Beta Provider Project"? It's shit. Have never seen it before, have not read other articles, but it just felt wrong. Thanks for confirming!

...but it's the convenient place of a satisfied old man to look back and enjoy the times he was able to let his guard down negating the notion that he would have to get his foot in the door first From that perspective the article does make more sense now. He might not even have to go through what our generation(s) are facing. But still, in the end young people are reading this - and I think it's misleading for a young person to go out and seek that "safe harbor" only, this is where people get ON…

They need sex AND resources from us, we only need sex from them. Well, if you want healthy, well-educated children you need them as well. but that's easier to get as the market is flooded with women who want exactly that.

I copied this text and sent it to a female friend (no plate). This came back, I smirked: "Who wrote the long one above? I would date him. Not the alpha who is gonna do nice stuff for a weak like im the greatest in the world and tell me next week he didnot mean anything. Fucked up ego games"
