2	I struggle bonding with men. I'm in the same boat brother. My advice is to join a rugby club. You feel like you're going into battle together. You bleed together. Thats bonding on the lizard brain level. You don't need to be good or even in very good shape. There's different teams for different skill levels. Everyone is welcome and numbers are always needed. Hell at 20 I was playing for the top squad but now I'm in my 30s and fat so I play 3rd Division (beer league). Practice = automatic social time 3 days a week.
