What you say really resonates with me, I feel like instead of making yourself into someone everyone likes strive to be yourself. Be controversial. Be different. You can't hope to please everyone and walk out thinking you made a deep connection. You need to make your self somewhat memorable, or they will forget you.

Social life exists but you have to find it yourself. Most of the school commutes so almost all social life happens off-campus. We also do not have a Frat/Sorority row, so that can either be a good or bad thing. How abut SJU, its a private university right?
