–	This may be common sense, but to have that loving, amazing relationship.... The people who abuse their partners don't start off abusive. It's an escalation of behavior combined with degrading the person's self worth, isolating the person, and periods of good behavior with promises of change. Abusers also trap their victims using children, pets, finances, and the fear of retribution if they leave. People who are in abusive relationships frequently have a history of abuse or poor self image. Women are people, people are complicated. 2	Same thing. ............................ I'm a woman. I'm waiting for my lawn mower's batteries to recharge as I type this. My mother mows the lawn most of the time. My 92 year old grandmother mows her own lawn (with a rider). Both of my neighbors (husband and wife) mow their lawn. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I've never seen a man clean a toilet. I've never seen a man change a diaper. I've never seen a man take a shit.
