Def get it checked out. Also find a good urologist if you are indeed diagnosed with one. My hormones are all whacky since I got this thing. A lot of urologist will try to sway you about doing anything about this condition but its def not something you want festering. It can cause testicle atrophy after a while as well as infertility and low T. Do you're research get youre blood checked and find a good surgeon if this is youre issue. For any one else suffering from low-T I would suggest getting your balls checked as well. I currently have a varicocele and its effecting my T Levels. I was diagnosed with a Grade II Varicocele last March. Over a few months I started to feel generally weak, foggy minded, lack of motivation to do things. If you can I would get your T levels checked. Its a simple blood test. Low T can cause all those symptoms just FYI.
