2	I could see this easily getting abused Completely false. In your example, the couple has been effectively married for 1 day when they break up. The student debt was accrued before the relationship as the lower paid partner is clearly not in school; we can tell this from the income level she has -- she wouldn't qualify for student loans with that level of income. Therefore you higher paid partner would not assume any of the debt because it pre-existed their common law status. So let's say you date a girl for a year or 2, decide things should move to the next level and so you move in. Two years later, you're still together. At this point forward there is not much difference between you and some who just decided to get married. 8	Whats the difference between OkCupid and PlentyOfFish? POF has significantly larger number of active users but it's average age is higher.
