Online dating is a giant waste of time unless you have model looks. Too many desperate men messaging women en masse allowing them to pick and choose like it's a grocery store. I can use tinder/bumble/okc and get laid occasionally but have figured out I am much more successful face to face. Deleting dating apps also helped boost my esteem and regain a realistic perspective on dating.

nothing wrong with any of those but you must have mental issues to get so mad you have to go months back into my post history to find something you think is embarrassing lol. You've got a long way to go if you care that much. I'm also really thin, 5'9" & 152 pounds, and I don't dress young but relatively hip. LMAO you are one to talk

Lol i literally mentioned internment camps in my original message; i dabbled in US history during college so I'm informed, thanks. The point, which you and many others seem to have missed, is that affirmative action is in place for specific reasons which explain why you see it work in favor for African Americans more so than other minority groups in this country. Asians don't have a history of institutionalized slavery and discrimination in the United States. Yes, there were internment camps on the west coast during WW2 but that comparison pales when put up against jim crow and indentured servitude. A little historical perspective might help you understand affirmative action when it comes to educational opportunities.

...people tend to act differently in a group compared to on their own. Those values the OP described might make for a harmonious, polite society but the individuals freedom (speech, thought, etc) is restricted by societal pressures.
