I love anal! Thanks for your thoughtful contribution.

I’m not, I’m responding to what you have written. Sorry, our words mean exactly what they say. I thought this would be a fun discussion, but I can see you’re interested only in insulting and belittling people who disagree with you. Not to mention dismissing everything other people say a priori. You’re not interested in a debate, and you’re not a serious person. I won’t reply to you further.

Your post doesn’t say that. It just says “men”. You’re basically saying “what I am saying is true, and if anyone thinks they have a different experience, they are lying/psychotic”. So it is logically impossible for anyone to disagree with you. Any counter argument is automatically dismissed. You’re very much arguing in bad faith. It makes your argument much weaker.

You say that “men are not reliable reporters,” I.e. everything they say should be dismissed (I do stand corrected. Technically you don’t say that everyone who disagrees with you is wrong, only men, that is to say, half the world’s population).

Very good questions. On your first point, I believe that there has actually been research that indicates that yes, men systematically overestimate romantic interest from women. The second point I do not know. I would guess that the answer is yes as some age gap relationships are “sugar dating” type arrangements. But obviously not all age gap relationships are - so if we exclude sugar dating, perhaps not? I wonder if anyone has done proper research on this.

So anyone who disagrees with your anecdotal, empirically meaningless experience is “psychotic”? Wow.

Women don't decide what you are allowed to express. You can definitely "get away" with saying a woman is attractive. Whether the comment is welcome or not is a different question.

I think this shows that there are lots of shitty people out there. It’s sadly true that some women are total hypocrites in this regard, and they should be held responsible for this kind of stuff. I feel like a lot of the posts in this sub are really mostly about that - nasty, toxic people who do inappropriate things. I don’t know what it reflects other than that. There are crappy women and crappy men - lots of them.

It was a rhetorical question. Many women love sex and love talking about sexuality. They’re not all uptight pearl-clutchers. Some are for sure, but isn’t your energy better invested in women who are open-minded? (This doesn’t mean you should be creepy FAOD.)

You can treat women as human beings but still be clear that you don’t want to be their bestie or goofball. If a woman only wants friendship with you and you don’t want that, just don’t spend time with her, and go find someone who does want you. None of this requires making them uncomfortable. By the way, why would you think women don’t like sexual conversations? Sexuality isn’t disrespectful - making women uncomfortable is.

And I specifically said “attracted to”, as in sexually attracted to. Bad news: just because someone dates you, they don’t suddenly lose all sexual attraction to other members of your sex. It has nothing to with “recognizing and admiring” their beauty.

It is profoundly insecure to demand that your partner should pretend that because they are in a relationship with you, they somehow have lost all attraction to other people. It is a crazy extreme demand to say that you have the right to control what your partner is allowed to watch or listen to.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/25 06:14 PM

You have every right to set whatever boundaries you want in a relationship. Your partner has every right not to accept them. I would never be in a relationship where my partner censors what I’m allowed to watch or listen to, and I would never do such a thing to my partner. I find it bizarre to demand that because someone is in a relationship with me, they should somehow magically no longer find anyone else in the world attractive or not be allowed to fantasise about others. That’s not how human …

People have had casual sex throughout history. It’s never changed and it never will change. Even if social opprobrium has a marginal impact on the amount of casual sex, it will never go away.

No, it makes it more likely that they will lie… People will do what they do when it comes to sex. It’s only ever a question of how much they lie about if.

Aha, now it’s the “biological difference”. Just before it was society. Dude, women aren’t going to be submissive to you because you have a slightly bigger biceps. That’s not the way it works. That’s not even the way it’s worked in many traditional societies. You also completely ignored my arguments above.

Israel (a country that sees more warfare than most) has mandatory service for both men and women. We’re no longer living in the 1960s. And young women in many countries now outearn young men. The world is changing. I’m not saying whether that’s good or bad. But your views are not nearly as widespread as you seem to think.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/24 08:32 AM

In many ways, using the word “submissive” in its sexual sense is misleading. One can be sexually submissive and yet dominant in every other way - or indeed the other way around. Even if I’m wrong about this, why would a submissive submit to someone whose only argument is “I’m a man and therefore automatically right”? It just radiates weakness, in my opinion.

Again, you’re using a bad faith example of a person who has dementia. I’m talking about elderly parents who are physically weaker, but in every other sense well. The examples you choose - of children and mentally disabled people - does reveal a lot of what you seem to think of women, that is, that they are somehow less capable of rational thought or action. But let’s leave that aside. There’s a far bigger problem here. The example of the five men with guns was to show that in many emergency situ…

The problem is you’re only talking about situations in which authority is already assumed (older sibling, teacher). What about my elderly parents? Do they now need to obey me if I protect them from five men with guns (which it seems you believe you could do)?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/24 11:52 AM

Women also have a duty towards protecting their partners. It doesn’t follow that if you have a duty to protect someone, you therefore have authority over them.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/24 11:44 AM

It is, but not because she’s “my woman”. I would have the same responsibility towards family members (parents, grandparents, etc.), male friends and I imagine that if I were gay, I would feel that way towards my partner as well. Your point being?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/24 11:41 AM
12

There is absolutely no reason why the man should “assume authority”. There’s no argument in your post. And as for the capacity for violence - who is this violence directed against? The five men with guns? Good luck with that. I think they would make the guy find out very quickly that he’s a tiny little man. Or perhaps you mean the violence is directed against the woman…? If that’s what you mean, why don’t you just come out and say it?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/24 10:44 AM

Yes, I agree - agreeableness is a positive trait (in both women and men). It’s very different from submissiveness. Starting random arguments is awful and a deal breaker for me. But it sounds like OP wants some sort of bangmaiden instead.

This is an absurd scenario. What about if the man wants to go get drunk in a local bar and the woman vetoes this because the local bars are full of cartel members? Does it mean that the man is submissive to the woman? Or does it simply mean that the more reasonable position has won out? The man does not have “greater power” in a very dangerous situation - if they get mugged by a group of men with guns, the 30% additional upper body muscle mass he possesses over his wife won’t make any difference…

That hasn’t been my experience at all. Quite the opposite in fact - the most sexually submissive women I’ve encountered have (almost without exception) been strong, with good careers and often in leadership positions. There seems to be a view among some men that women are somehow weak-willed. Is that what you’re trying to say? Because I can’t see that at all in my relationships (or even friendships) with women. That doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy being dicked down as you put it though…

Well, you said “submissive”, not “not argumentative”. Maybe say what you mean? I stand by what I said - a preference for submissive women indicates a weak man.

Like many men, I love sexually submissive women. Also like many men, I prefer women who, outside the bedroom, are strong and my equal. The two things are very distinct, and can co-exist. Source: all of my relationships.

"Submissive"? You mean in the kink sense? Then check out your local BDSM scene. Or do you mean submissive in the sense of "does whatever the boyfriend wants"? Because honestly, dude, why would a woman who earns her own money sign up for something like that? It also doesn't reflect well on the men who want that. I'm a straight guy who prefers women who are strong and my equal - someone I can discuss all the most difficult issues of my life with and who will stand by my side. A warrior queen, not …

Weird you would post this given it contradicts OP’s claim that men are attracted to teenagers. 20 year olds are not teenagers. OP specifically mentioned 17 year olds in his post, and I assume he really meant 15-17 as the target age - very different from 20.

Well, nobody owes anybody else sex, so it’s not “irritating” when people say this. If everyone you meet is disinterested in you, maybe you should think about why. I’m sorry to say, but it probably means you’re unattractive (either physically or in other ways). People beat around the bush here - but this is ultimately the likeliest explanation. Most men do not have the experiences you describe. They find some women, or at least one woman, who are really into them. If you can’t, then it’s a you pr…

Hi, thanks for your reply. The study actually doesn’t say that. If you read it, it says 88% of men said that women could do more things to make them feel desired. It did not say that 88% of men didn’t feel desired. It’s a really interesting study and it ties into what in my view is a really shitty anti-male gender role, which is that men always need to be the ones who pursue and woo, etc. The study tells us that men also like to be wooed, and that women could do more. I think that’s a really imp…

There are literally billions of women, and what they like varies, but it’s mostly a mix of looks, personality, social status, competence, etc. And of course women have their kinks that really turn them on. A bit different from men, but not that much. If all your friends are with women who don’t desire them, perhaps they should take a hard look at themselves - because if everyone you meet treats you a certain way, it may say more about you than the world. Speak for yourself. I would be open to Woman B - I actually prefer experienced/open minded women. In reality, though, there are just so many factors that go into whether or not there is chemistry/compatibility that body count is completely insignificant.

Just as a note, it does exist a little bit, depending on how you define the “west”. If you include Eastern Europe (I know, not 100% the west, but parts are pretty westernised), then it does exist to a limited extent, with (for example) Chinese guys going to those countries to find girlfriends. But it’s a small phenomenon compared to the masses of white dudes going to Asia and other parts of the world.

If you think that women don’t orgasm or enjoy sex the only possible conclusion is that you have never been close to any women. You literally don’t know what you’re talking about. There are tons of women who have massive sex drives.

It’s controlling. A boundary is something that is yours (e.g. “don’t tickle me, I don’t like to be tickled”). You don’t want them to do something TO YOU. Controlling behaviour is something that relates to the actions of the other that is not directly related to you (“don’t talk to that guy because it makes me feel bad”). You don’t want them to do something that doesn’t relate to you but that you don’t like. No judgement here, just definitions.

That's at least the second time you've turned it personal. Please stop. Fair enough. The issue is that you seem constantly to imply that arguments are made in bad faith. See below. The sentences that should have dispelled your confusion about things were all present. But you've preferred to "not get it". This is a good example. The implication appears to be that I pretend in bad faith not to understand what you are saying. But that is not what happened. It is not my job to interpret what you are…

Fair enough, I actually agree with a lot of this. If you define game just as social skills (which obviously include flirting, etc.) then yes, I agree that there is definitely a skill element to it. I also agree that this is where a lot of young guys nowadays struggle for some reason. And that the demonisation of masculinity definitely doesn't help. All these social skills are part of the problem why modern men are unable to attract and are undesirable in the market , the "game"teaches them those…

And for you, by default, while of course, what women need is good and legit. Unlike what men want. No, and I didn't say that. Growing up is not at all like becoming a millionaire though. Anyone can do it, but they may need to do some difficult, possibly even painful, self-work. It is definitely far easier just to sit in a corner and blame half the world's population (women) for your problems, but it's not going to do anything other than make you bitter. Your second paragraph is a great example of this mindset.

I don't know and don't care what the blue pill says, but incels are indeed quite disgusting - people who blame others for their shortcomings generally are. The argument is the one I started with, i.e. women do not choose men because they are abusive, but because they are attracted to them (this is not a defence of anything these women do - people make terrible choices all the time). Attraction isn't linked to morality or immorality.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 10:21 AM

You keep repeating the same nonsense which doesn’t even disagree with what I am saying. My point is that it’s about attraction. And attraction is independent of your moral value or absence thereof. Incels really are morally bankrupt by the way. Unattractive and morally bankrupt. And these rappers you are talking about, if they are the way you say they are, are attractive and morally bankrupt. The point is you can be ugly and evil and good looking and evil. And I have no love for what you call bl…

Sure, the idea of “game” being necessary to create and/or maintain sexual attraction. It’s actually a deeply insecure worldview. It basically says “manipulating women into sex by being nice doesn’t work, so now let’s manipulate women into sex by engaging in these behaviours xyz, which will give them the (fake) idea that I’m confident”. The red pill is still trying to find tricks to manipulate women into bed. It’s an expression of profound insecurity. On hypergamy: evolutionary psychology is a ps…

Confidence is linked to being abusive? Are you kidding me? I’ve had the traits you mention above my entire life and have never abused anyone. The abusers I have met in my life have tended to be people with unhealthy egos, mostly with deep insecurities. As I said above - you can be abusive as fuck and still unsuccessful with women.

Where does this insane idea come from? Women don't date abusive men because they are abusive. They date them because they are attractive. There are lots of abusive men who are not attractive. Give them a chance and they will abuse as much as your biggest player. There are also many attractive men who are not abusive. The traits are not connected. The key is the attractiveness. Women do want good men - but many make poor choices (many men do as well - I have friends whose wives abuse the fuck out…

Excellent point. Yes, there are a lot of young guys who feel (and are) ignored by progressives, as if their problems didn't matter. Even worse - men are often cited as the source of the world's problems, which is obviously insane. Women enjoy sex and romance as much as men do. The only issue is that for a number of reasons, there is a higher chance for women that their sexual experiences (especially if casual) go wrong/are unsatisfactory. But the answer to your question is that the benefit is simply that they enjoy it.

Then you choose bad friends. Or you simp. It’s one of those two things. Not trying to be snarky, but what you say is so far removed from my experiences with women that I can’t help but think that there’s something off in how you approach these friendships. Having said that, a lot of men don’t know how to interact with women platonically, and a lot of women don’t know how to maintain friendships with men. You need to get through the inevitable sexual dimension (e.g. “does he/she want to fuck me a…
