If your goal is to bulk up, you must use whey/creatine. Post workout, 1-2 scoops of whey with some creatine. I normally stick with ON Supplements, but you can buy cheaper creatine. Just a side note, there are a lot of different opinions out there regarding creatine and all them are false. It’s the most studied supplement and should definitely be used in your situation.
