Women who falsely accuse men of rape are seldom charged when the investigation reveals that they're lying. It's sickening. Think of the Duke lacrosse team. That woman practically destroyed the lives of several young men, ended a Div. 1 lacrosse season, got people fired, and more. Call me crazy, but I'm of the opinion that any woman who falsely accuses a man of rape should receive the same sentence as he would have had he been convicted. 11 Times in 10 years? 30-50 years. Period. There's WAY too much of this going on. It's a terrible crime for two reasons: You're falsely accusing someone of a felony, and it de-legitimizes cases of ACTUAL rape.
