The only way to know if she's into you is to make a move. You'll always be friendzoned if you always act like a friend.

Absolutely do. But don't come off like you'll give it to anyone.

I wouldn't even mention her ex, much less insult him. Especially if he's the one that left her.

She probably didn't have a degree and figured it wasn't worth her time.

Have you actually asked her out on a date? Or did you just assume they were dates? If she won't kiss you either she's not into you that way or she's some super prude. You're gonna have to risk losing the friendship and just ask her about it or accept it's only a friendship.

In college there was a group of girls who told me one of their friends liked me while she blushed behind them. She was kinda cute, but I had no idea who any of these girls were. She just saw me around the dorm I guess. Me being me, and extremely inexperienced, I thought maybe they were playing a joke on me. I was a dumbass.

Playful fighting/arguing. Giving her shit. Talking back. Banter. Nothing mean spirited, but not putting her on a pedestal.

If he treats you like a bratty little sister, but doesn't treat anyone else that way; he's flirting.

Don't expect a reply right away when you're texting a girl at 11pm. Even on a Saturday. Not everyone stays up late, and depending on her job she could've had to work the next morning.

Deleting socials just looks petty. You can usually mute people and still be friends and their posts won't show up. And the fact that she said you did it "again" means it's repeat behavior. Imo the fact that she got upset about it means she still cares what you think about her. At least a little. She's with another guy now? This is a lot of info you left out of your initial post. I say leave her alone. But don't say anything to her that makes her think you'll never be open to her coming back. If …

Also get away from LoveAdviceTV or they'll have you doing stupid shit like writing handwritten letters.

You don't break no contact. If they don't contact you they're not interested enough for you to worry over. Also if they reach out to you don't ignore them. But dont get all excited and needy again either.

If you act like a friend you'll be friendzoned. End of story. Flirt. Touch her. Don't be ambiguous.

Devil's advocate here, but it certainly could have been that he WAS her boyfriend, but she was more than willing to lie about it. But still, the advice from the thread would still apply; the girl wouldn't be worth the fuss.

Agree with offering her a ride. The "but idk" implies to me she isn't all that comfortable with riding with a pill popper. Pretend the other dude doesn't exist. You don't need to compete with him at all. Even if she could potentially like him act like he's not a factor.

Tap them on the shoulders? Are you coming up from behind them? Don't do that. Approach them where they can see you coming.

Don't flat out tell her you have strong feelings for her. It's too much pressure. Just ask her out.

If that were true you'd lose pheromones from having sex as well. Why would having sex make you "smell" like you don't have sex?

Hell just trying was a big step for me. I usually only find dates online or try asking girls out I already know (like coworkers). This was really the 1st time I've ever tried to connect with someone out in real life that I don't already know.

I did just that with the girl that works at the local Gamestop last weekend. Made Smalltalk while she was organizing the cases and slipped her my number before I left. She never got up with me but oh well, at least I tried.

It's a possibility that she was scared she'd get in trouble if she has a manager that's hard on things like that.

Girl. Ignore all these people saying to try harder doing all this other shit. Here's the real deal. If you have TOLD him your issues with how he's acting and he doesn't try or care because it doesn't benefit him, he's a selfish ass and you can do better. Cut your losses. At worse he'll realise he's fucking up and beg for you back, at best you'll find someone that actually cares about your feelings.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
