Well the obvious answer would be a pre-nup, but they're entirely dependant on the Judge and Jurisdiction. Thats a very positive view of progressives. I think there might be an element of that, but I think the main reason is that a lot of these people believe that government can create utopia, and view wealth as a zero sum game. If someone is wealthy, they must have taken money from someone else, and as such government can redistribute the money to those it belongs to (usually the workers). Well, I did drop him a load of questions, so it'll take a while to answer. Maybe he'll be interesting, but you're right, theres a pretty decent chance (>50%) that it'll be the usual line of feminist crap.
