Are you lean muscular below 20% bodyfat? My body is great. I'm somewhere around 13.5%, but I'm cutting around April time. My max bench and squat are 315 and 400 respectively, and I'm 6'1 190 lbs. Thank you, I will read that book. How should I approach women with that mindset if I've got a scarcity of women in my life? I reckon it would be immensely easier if I had options but I don't. Is the answer as simple as getting options?

But this is completely unrealistic. Those are completely human emotions we all feel from time to time. You right. I've gotten over of trying to get rid of my anxiety in certain social situations and instead just acknowledging it and using it to energise me. It's just exhausting sometimes. Literally that's what I want more than anything. It's what I've been working towards the past 2 years, but I've not reached that level yet, or anywhere close I reckon.
