In both instances, the person is not taking initiative to start something. He obviously wants to do something but waits for someone else to come up with a plan. Basically saying "I want to do something tonight and I want you to come up with something and gather up some friends so we can have fun. Until then, I'll just wait and hope something happens".

Anyime I go up to a girl ro something they just seem straight up disgusted at me. most women aren't so shallow that they would be disgusted by someone who go up to them. you're probably over-thinking everything. Plus, the way you talk about youself, you're obviosuly someone who's full of negative energy. If I was a girl, I wouldn't be super stoked if you came up to me. try the 5-second rule that's been talked about. i personally find it more effective than the 3 second rule because the 5-second rule wasn't created to be limited to approaches, so you really stick to it because you'd be using it all the time. and i don't think you know what oneitis means.
