You have nine months to abort a child if you don't want it. This is factually incorrect. You can only abort up until a certain point in the pregnancy (varies by state, typically until the end of the first trimester).

Sorry, but you don't deserve to get paid more simply because you do more physical work. Workers do not get paid more to do more work? I know he's in a socialist country, but geez. Equal pay, equal work.

No, the number of states does not matter. That's like saying Rhode Island, a state with population of 1 million, counts as 2% of the United States when it only has 1/316 the population. 20% of the United States population is not subjected to discriminatory "ladies night" practices.

The pussy pass is slapping your boyfriend over a game and not expecting there to be consequences.

The most important issue is being overlooked here: the man is only free because she admitted that she lied. The system is so fucked that if she never admitted that she lied, the guy would not have been vindicated and would have served years behind bars.

This seems like more of a pussypass to be honest. She was just too retarded to actually capitalize on it.

No, you're that guy. This video is the 3rd highest post and inaugural post for this sub.

This needs more context. We don't really see her pussy pass being denied, we just see him hitting her. This sub is not /r/beatingwomen, we need the justice aspect of it.

I encourage everyone to watch the full video just for the lolz. The girl, who makes sure to let everyone know she's a college student, bids one dollar UNDER two people. No wonder why she's starving--she's definitely not getting any sort of academic scholarships.

IANAL but: many times there is leeway for a criminal sentence to be downgraded, per the judge's discretion. If you hire a competent lawyer, your chances increase for having the judge decide on a favorable sentence for your case. For example, you get caught pissing in public. You better higher a damn good lawyer because it is the difference between being a sex offender or not, depending also on the judge. Same with divorce settlements. Pretty much any non cut-and-cry court proceeding has legal le…

http://www.valleycentral.com/news/story.aspx?id=1073664 Takes a while to go through court (especially with her team's lawyering, I'm sure), so we'll see. Really, any good lawyer can get a dwi downgraded to a lesser crime, so it remains to be seen if she'll lose her career over this. I would hope so though, I hate people who use their status/power to act above the law.

Suppose a court ruled that the wrongfully accused would be awarded their full pay that they would have made. Millionaires would never go to jail because the potential costs of their lawsuits would be too great. Courts may rule in favor of the plaintiff for tens or hundreds of millions. So a line has to be drawn somewhere. In a perfect world we would award people what they would have earned, but it's not feasible right now. Perhaps 50k is too low, though. The cost of losing one's freedom can't be…

Topics that link to others posts on other subreddits need to have a strict no-participation link. This subreddit is not viewed positively by the sjws and mainstream who deem us misogynists, so we need to be hyper-vigilant against claims of brigading. I'm sure people will look for excuses to ban the subreddit, and us going in an downvoting pussy passes into oblivion will get us banned really fast.

Why are people upvoting this? I could transplant this comment onto SRS and it would gain a ton of upvotes. I don't care who it's directed at, we're better than this, guys (and gals).

I think you're putting too much faith in Anita's technical knowledge. She probably figured that she could just call anybody who questioned her threats a misogynist, rape apologist.

Shoutout to the bro who recorded this for the abused guy. First, for not white knighting on behalf of these cunts. Second, for making sure there's an unbiased account of what happened. Third, for putting this online to shame these cunts.

I cannot believe how incredibly bad this sketch was. It wasn't even funny. It felt like it was written by a BRD that somehow found a career. The guy was made fun of for being a scrawny, virgin, heart-broken-at-18, turtle owning, living-in-an-apartment guy who met his foreign girlfriend over the internet. Seriously, can they make a more strawman MRA? On another note, are MRA even against Planned Parenthood? I would imagine they're more against unequal treatment at said facility, but I may be wron…

I want to see a guy pull this. It's just too unbearable for that poor teacher to endure such nasty twitter comments that she stopped going to work. I'm just glad this is in Australia and not the United States.

Some form of compensation is better than none. More importantly, it'll stop this crazy woman from falsely accusing more men. The next of her victims may not be so lucky as to have vindicating security footage.

Just because you're black doesn't mean you have a monopoly on the word slavery. I'm sorry to be blunt. I feel the same way about alimony as well. Any system which forces you to unfairly financially support someone on the threat of jail time is slavery via indentured servitude.

They've developed ways to actually cure HIV by studying people who were naturally immune to it. No more of the steady drug-cocktails.

Don't lawyers in UK/Australia agree to a deal where they work for free/cheap but take a cut of the settlement if they win? That's how I understand it happens in the US.

This website it ridiculous. Can they really use your name and information without your consent? That seems like slander. Is it because you're publishing on twitter that they're allowed to spread this? Also, how can twitter users find somebody's IP by their twitter handle? If I was to have an anonymous twitter handle that didn't reference my name or any pseudo-names, would they be able to find my IP?

This should be included in the definition of alpha, then. Rationality over emotion, discipline over temptation, etc. Animals have to be taught the type of discipline you're referring to; anybody successful person should be able to avoid impulse-fuck ups.

This is stupid. They both have to pay for the kid because they both were responsible for making the kid. Both of them; she's equally at fault as he is. Why wouldn't he have to pay while she does? The only one who would suffer from him not paying is the kid, who is innocent. I'm all for opposing feminazis and the like, but advocating that men shouldn't be responsible for their bastard children is simply incoherent with a prosperous, functioning society. It's also rather childish--which doesn't se…

This is pseudoscience. The magnitidute of effect of human pheromones is still debated in the scientific community. Even if they were real, statements like I've been in many close situations, but have managed to get a window open and gotten saved by a windy breeze. are laughably stupid. If you can't resist a woman unless there's an open window, you need to discipline the fuck up.

Spot on. It's dangerous when there begins to be an emphasis on emotion and softer feelings over rationality and determination, and he hit on how our society has shifted this way.
