Here’s a red pill truth for ya. I’m years into this and some days are better than I’ve ever had, but others are worse than ever. Recently the bad is creeping in more. I have to start over. Bad numbers all around for me, too.

That’s the point...it’s effortless and fun for them, so if you don’t have the endurance to outlast them you aren’t of their caliber, or so they believe. Which is all that matters.

Your last statement made it apparent I'm overlooking the significance of being able to "leave." To amend what you said, I'm paraphrasing being on mobile, "the hardest thing for humans is to change their opinions," to: the hardest thing for humans to do is accept a new opinion, but dismissing is relatively easy.

Where do individual's beliefs and opinions come from? Environment and experience are a good place to start to answer that question. I'm not suggesting to follow blindly, I am suggesting human beings find their way into areas of society and want to stay there because it's comfortable. Thanks for your response, I watched the video you linked. Those dudes seem pretty knowledgeable. Im going to start with a low weight 300 rep warmup and see where that leads. Next week I'll either sumo or hex bar deadlift, I have to try both out with lower weight as I've never done them. As for my squat, there's been improvement, but overall it feels weak everywhere. Biggest takeaways: Continue to get adequate sleep Change up workouts Add warmup for fitness Eat rice not wheat Eat a shitload of pr…

Are you satisfied with the muscle you have? I go to the gym 3-4 times a week on a linear program...I find if I am at a calorie deficit I cannot continually perform. Eating and sleeping more is the solution I've come up with, but it does come with a little more body fat. Have you had success cutting body fat and increasing weight under the bar continually?

Read The Abstinence Myth by Adi Jaffe. Or at least look it up and see what it's about.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
