Google dance studios in your area, look to see when they have a salsa, rumba, merengue, or bachata group classes and go. They don't cost much (anywhere from 5 to 15 bucks a class usually) and they payoff is well worth your time.

This will sound crazy, but learn to ballroom dance. It has done wonders for my posture and my confidence levels are way higher than they were before. (Plus the ladies never complain about a man that can lead a good foxtrot, a sexy tango, or a steamy rumba. Just throwing that out there.)
