you can add your own tips in the uploaded by users section, after you login in click the add button on the top

hmm i can let access on lower version but testsing showed 2.3+ was most stable, so dont cry it it crashes

Must have a reddit account to up/downvote tips and post them, but anyone with app can view uploaded tips. This how a tip would look like in my database Category: Direct Openers Text: You, Me lets go now Posted by: banjtheman Rating: 1 You can still use app without reddit account just wont be able to upload or vote on user-uploaded content. Doesnt look through contacts,cookies or anything else like that

Kinda like a seddit's own personal foursquare, what i can do is allow users to "checkin" to a venue and then have it be added to database. Which also allows you to see who has checked in near you

Yea, I intend the app to be used as a reference to tips and material from seddit so one could "review" info and feel more confident about pick-up not a step by step interaction guide I'll make sure it's clearly stated in app

Sounds like a mashup of foursquare with built in google maps directions to a place and where people can palce comments. Sounds like something workable in the future. Btw im also in DC area so hit me up if you wana hit up some cool spots

Phonegap is pretty easy all u need to know is html and some java script no objective-c needed. It will be pretty to easy to make like an informative list with tips/info and what not Heres an app i built using phonegap http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/real-life-achievements/id474325549?ls=1&mt=8
