I read it a while back. Was pretty dumb. Idiot who wrote this was more obsessed with repeating her phrases and terms rather than some actual techniques or strategies. And the techniques she did share were just common sense - typical sjw mob behavior that has been easily observable for a long time now. Women can't write anything valuable.

Learn to care for yourself and respect yourself more. Accept and appreciate yourself. Introspection, alone time, solo activities makes the process easier.
