I like to hug girls, it sparks that physical connection.

I'm 18 and a personal trainer, thank you for the advice man. The thing with me, I've been working out since I was 15. I've been told all the time how "attractive I am" and "any girl would be lucky to have me" most of my life. As a result I never got out of my comfort zone, had no confidence in myself. It's really about a part of growing up and maturing, being less invested in other people's perception of you and going after what you want.

I've always been called attractive plenty of times, I workout and I'm not bad looking, but it took me until now to finally start approaching.

That was the first and only dating advice book I'll ever need! Attracting women through honesty, the truth is I've always valued self improvement, I'm a personal trainer, and love education. I'm looking for connection for the long term

Body language is powerful and how you display yourself. Think, how would intimacy play out?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
