21	Not even surprised I work in pathology, and it is absolutely horrifying how often I see this (particularly in breast cancer cases). I always go through relevant patient history before I begin processing a case, particularly a mastectomy or lumpectomy, and the amount of women who end up opting for the lumpectomy (higher risk of positive margins) after "discussion with family/husband" makes me feel sick.
