2	If you treat women like men they will think you are sexist. Nobody wants to be treated equal, everyone wants special treatment. Women want to be treated equally in the work-place because they are usually inferior. Not that they're not intelligent, but they are much more likely to take maternity leave, or decide that taking care of a family takes precedence over work.
