1	Operation Chicago - Are We Dating the Same Guy Facebook Groups! I talked to a girl for about 24 hours - maybe 10 messages total - and she posted me on "Are we dating the same guy". Keep in mind I was married for 20 years and had just joined the dating site. I have never been on ANY dates yet. 1	Join the lawsuit against are we dating the same guy I'd like to be a part of that class action suit. Digitial Millenium Copyright Act - if you took the photo(s) that someone is reposting on Facebook, the poster, the moderator who approves the post, the creator of the group that is allowing and encouraging this behavior, AND Facebook are all liable for violating your copyright. This law is VERY clear.
