4	Man sent to prison 36 years ago for rape/robbery. DNA evidence, tested decades later, showed another man's DNA on the victims' clothing. Court said that was not enough to overturn conviction. WTF? as DitkasMoustache mentioned, the letter of the law is used more than the actual guilt or innocence to obtain convictions in the current environment. There are more innocent people in prison than you might want to think. Think plea bargain, which is 90% of our convictions. 5	How the hell does alimony work? What exactly is it? what's the purpose and how does the law take sides in its case? Its meant to act as severance pay for the full time homemaker and mother with no real current life skills. The theory is that the women couldn't ever make it on her own.
