| 2 | The full @How to stop seeking validation@ guide!I know this is super late but I just made a whole podcast episode on this. I don't think the point is to stop seeking it but realize what we want to seek it for (at least for me). I know I like validation that my hard work is being seen and heard and that I'm doing "well" going down new paths because trying new stuff is a vulnerable place to be.
