Have you researched the start-stop method (it really does work)? Just remember to stop before the point of no return and then resume the fun. I also find that letting the girl know that you might ejaculate fast the first time takes the stress out of it (just mention it right before you are about to stick it in). You can always always go for a second round a bit later.
