Actually, it's irresponsible and morally wrong. It is environmentally unsustainable to have more than two children (one to replace each parent). Curbing population growth is the single biggest thing we as a species can do to slow climate change. Each new first-world human child accounts for an output of 56,000 tonnes of carbon emissions per year. Of course, population control is a topic we don't discuss as a culture, because capitalism is built on infinite growth.

I know a girl who says she is straight up addicted to the attention she gets from being pregnant... so gross. I just feel bad for the kids.

Yeah most of the girls I went to school are like that. Never once does it cross their mind that the kid is a separate, thinking and feeling being. Nope, just a mini-me. It's gross

Poor people have always been the ones having the most kids.

That's just insane to me. The coolest thing about being a woman in the current era is that you don't have to be reduced to just a mother anymore. You can build your own empire. What a delusion it is to think you have done a good job just because you've managed to game a man (or three) or milk the social support system. There's no achievement in that. Nothing to be proud of. Where is the creativity in just popping out some kids and coasting by on that?

I hate women like this because there is a huge amount of selfishness to it. She knew she could hardly pay her own bills, yet she still forcibly brought forth new life. How can they possibly be "her world" if she created them knowing full well that she could not provide for them? SO selfish. I'm a woman and I just have ZERO sympathy for women who do this. At least in the US, there is birth control, condoms, IUDs, nuva ring, morning after pill, even abortion if you're desperate... there is no excu…

And adding 56,000 tonnes of carbon per child, per year. Not only is she leeching welfare from society but also nuking the planet.

Right? My favorite is how pissed they get when they see another woman in a good relationship. Weird what happens when the woman doesn't anchor baby or ride the wallet express, instead is a best friend, confidant and nympho... Strangely enough they stick around for that. Hmmmm

Coffee is just a good idea all around. Keeps it casual so a vibe can be established. Dinner is way too formal for a first date imo

The person who proposes the date should be willing to finance it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
