Like I said, you only seem boring to yourself because you know yourself. You live your life on a daily basis so your basically sick of it and don't think people will care. I can't even count the number of exs I have who didn't like talking about themselves but then turned out to be really interesting people with radically different experiences than me that I enjoyed hearing. Good luck. Worse case scenario is you feel uncomfortable all day, tell her you had a good time, and ask her if she wants t…

I really read the original post as letting them know when you got there, my bad. Although I really don't see anything wrong with sending a text saying you will be a few mins late and then apologizing when you get there. Like you said though, just don't make a big deal of it. If shes that pissed about you being 15 mins late, shes probably a little too much for me anyways. Traffic happens.

I'm not really one to dive into situations like this, but I'm really bored and felt like tackling this. I would say just slowly get to know her more. If you are there like really often to the point where she recognizes you, start slowly introducing yourself. A simple like, hey, your always the one in here when I come in here, you must know my entire wardrobe by now! I'm so and so, etc type thing. You know, just get on a first name basis where you can say hi every time you come in, ask her how he…

Title confused me as well. I'd say go for it. Mid afternoon text her, say it was nice meeting her, you know she has a busy schedule but if she could squeeze in something tonight or tomorrow, it'd be fun to hang out with her outside of the internship. Just something casual. Keep in mind that drinks doesn't always come off as casual depending on who you are. And be understanding if she says she can't Like you said, she is busy so shes not necessarily turning you down. If she can't, suggest doing s…

I absolutely hate these situations. When you are just getting to know a girl, the last thing you want is to be surrounded by a bunch of people she knows and you don't. That being said, my best advice, assuming you do choose to go, is to try and click with a one or two of these people early on. Just so that you can participate in conversations. When you are sitting there excluded, listen and throw in a joke or a question. Slowly ease yourself into the group. You don't have to get along with all o…

Exactly. If you are a very confident person, some more forward and direct flirting style will work well with you, but if you are somewhat shy, you are probably just going to come off as really weird using these same styles. Frankly I've never really thought too much about flirting. If you are taking other peoples advice to literally, chances are you are acting, not being yourself. If you do this too long, the person is only going to be disappointed when they find out that is not who you actually…

Just a bit of advice, if you are saying "if I haven't scared you away", you are only doing just that. It just seems less confident. I know the other poster suggested asking for the number, but personally I feel like just suggesting you get coffee sometime is less forward, then after coffee, suggest you do something again and get the number so you can contact each other. Also I wouldn't just be like hey here's my number if you want, from my experience, unless the girl is already into you, you wil…

I specifically leave late for dates knowing that the girl won't be ready anyways. And if she is, I hit traffic, no big deal. Wait, how would you acknowledge being late without apologizing? Just show up and be like, "hi, I'm late!"??

He is hilarious, but I really like the direction they have slowly been going with him. I'm not going to throw out any major spoilers in case there are people dedicated to watching them all for the first time, but you just start seeing his soft side more. As for his seduction techniques, I'm sure they could work, but personally they are usually too forward / lies for my taste.

I think a lot of the rules/codes they bring up in the show can really be applied to life. -Nothing good ever happens after 2am, if your at home at 2am, stay. -Every relationship has a reacher and a settler. -Guy locker room talk I can't think of anymore at the moment but almost one in three episodes has some decent advice.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
