Viewed through this lense, success or failure is about your own behaviors and state rather than any particular outcome.

This is on point, and no you don't need to be 6'3 or whatever lol. Social skills are far more attractive to girls than looks.

It's like op thinks the more you spend the more fun you're having.

Isn't a tablespoon of oil is only a little over 100 calories? If so a tablespoon of peanut butter would be more like 100 not 200.

Maybe the reason people fail to make that distinction is that the mother is not required to spend child support money on the children.

You can can food with a pressure cooker too. I once bought 5lbs of chicken breast, cut it up and put it in half pint jars with seasoning (veggies could go in too) and after like 1-2 hours total prep and cooking time I had a two week supply of ready to eat perfectly preserved chicken. Great for bringing to work for lunch. I would do this all the time if cheap canned salmon (tastes good and super heathy) didn't exist.

Caffeine feels pretty damn good especially if you use it very infrequently. Its effects on attention, arousal, and motivation are definitely similar to amphetamines though not comparable in magnitude. If you search caffeine dopamine there are studies about how the two are linked. I am no neuroscience expert, just someone who has tried many stimulants and can note similarities. The part about living better is about avoiding the dependence and withdrawal you mentioned. And you sleep much better.

Caffeine is a stimulant. Stimulants are notorious for spiking dopamine, that's why they feel so good. There are no free boosts though - as a frequent caffeine user your body becomes habituated and used to that level of increased stimulation. This is now the new normal for you. Any amount of regular caffeine use will do this. Expand this out over time and quantity of consumption and you get the stereotype of the person who can't function without getting their coffee first.

Sure, but you will probably enjoy life more without it.

Read the multi orgasmic man. Lots of exercises to try but the biggest thing for me was the importance of being aware of the physical process of ejaculating. As you get closer to it your muscles tense up, your heart rate goes up, your breath becomes shallow. If you notice this as it is happening you can make an effort to relax your body, breathe deeply etc and delay ejaculating indefinitely.

Sure, if it doesn't bother you and you continue to be treated well. I would limit texting and such greatly. You should be super happy about her having an abortion. If she didn't that would be how you get fucked. The guy you replied to in this thread was echoing your idea of not knowing what was going on from a red pill perspective. If it's going well so far it will probably continue in that fashion.

You're not a 'cuck' if you don't invest.

Women can sneer at anyone. How you respond is what determines how attractive you are.

It's actually supported by research.

If you did not see large improvement from abstaining, you probably did not have much of an addiction to begin with. You may be older - porn addiction in adolescents produces more brain changes than in adults. Tens of thousands of guys have seen massive improvement in their depression and social anxiety from abstaining from porn. Nothing in your post refutes their experience.

I've learned how to deal with the guy by now. The principles outlined in this post work. The book how to win friends and influence people is also good. It explains why listening to people, being diplomatic and not bruising their egos actually makes them much more receptive to your ideas.

I've been noticing this. My housemate is pretty stupid and I'm always explaining how he is wrong. Paradoxically the more effort I put into this the less convinced he is. If after putting out your reasoned arguments the other person has not moved at least a little towards your way of thinking, do not double down. Do not raise your voice or repeat your arguments. Disengage.

I am quite lactose intolerant and have no problems with most cheese. Hard aged cheeses like cheddar contain almost no lactose. I have to avoid processed crap or soft fresh cheeses like mozzarella which do have lactose.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
