Unfortunately, in many countries, rape definition states that penetration by the perpetrator is required, so only men can be rapists. Otherwise, it's "only" SA.

In France it is. You can have sex with a minor if there is less than 4 years of age difference (there is no explicit difference in the law, but 4 years seems to be the limit judges use when they give their verdict, and it is always adjusted on a casse-by-case basis) and the minor/both the minors consent. There is a hard limit for sex between an adult (18+) and minors : the minor cannot give consent before the age of 15, so a relationship between a 14yo and an 18yo would be reprehensible by law.

Because in many countries (and maybe states in the US), rape means the victim has to be penetrated by the perpetrator. So it makes effectively impossible for a female to rape a male or another female as long as she doesn't finger or use an object on the victim.

It was 10 years ago, and not in the US, so... Wage equality was only enforced by law in 2014 in France. And even now, wages are considered a taboo in France, we don't openly discuss them (especially with coworkers of the opposite gender). So even now that it's illegal to discriminate, many companies still do it, since it's a "not caught not illegal" mindset.

Well, OP clearly stated he was offended by the pin and put id down, his GF put it back up. IMHO it's a clear message that she doesn't want him around anymore. He should just say "I got the message, bye". Nothing more. If you express a negative emotion to your SO and they turn it down, then they're not your SO anymore.
